I understand they only respond
I understand they only respond via text or email, but in my experience, they either don't respond at all or their response is unresponsive: my email to the company's Customer Service from my active account that I needed an order for the routine labs recommended while on tirzepatide was responded to by text from their Sales Team listing prices for tirzepatide. I texted back that this was unresponsive and got a text that I should reach out to customer service and "as much as we would like to help you, our access is limited". I emailed customer service again and immediately got an email back that said "we urge you to text our Customer Service line for immediate assistance".
