Different from many online clinics that just send supplements, VV has real staff who chat with you and answer your questions at the start. The nurse I spoke to was friendly and told me to email her if I had more questions. I did, and she got back to me the next day. I started semaglutide 5 weeks ago with exercise and a healthy calorie deficit diet. I've lost 20 pounds so far. I'm very pleased with that. I didn’t like the nad+ subscription because it said 2 months supply but was actually only 2.5 weeks. I stopped it because of my budget.

For me, this misses the point. I didn’t intend to switch active medications, and I didn’t give informed consent to change therapies after a year on tirzepatide. If there was confusion in how “GLP-1” was labeled in their system, that should have triggered outreach from a provider before dispensing a different drug—not after delivery. I’m disappointed by the refusal to correct the shipment given their prior guidance, and by the reliance on a “no returns” policy for what I view as a representation/fulfillment problem.
