Consequently, she terminated the order, and were told that if we don't accept the alterations, the item will be printed without them. We reminded of the cancellation and were told it would be verified within two days, however, this still hasn't been done and our payment isn't back yet.

I'm absolutely in love with the final product from Turn Me Royal! The portraits they offer are fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the one I chose. However, I would love to see a more extensive portfolio of options, including characters like Medusa, Hercules, various mermaids, old western saloon scenes, and even dragons. While the quality is top-notch, I do find the prices a bit on the higher side, even during sales. It would be great if they could consider more affordable options without compromising on the excellent craftsmanship. One improvement I'd suggest is the ability to preview different photos before placing an order. This way, customers can select the best one that suits their preferences. Overall, I had a positive experience with TurnMeRoyal.com, but a few tweaks could make it even better!

Even though it took multiple tries, they delivered the perfect portrait which shows the beauty of my wife's face neatly and accurately. I'm really thankful for the hard work they put in to make this a special gift for me. Every passing day brings me joy when I look at what they've done. I have to thank them for keeping their promise and delivering delightful art.

The digital picture was spot on. When the portrait arrived, it was packed really well for protection and looked just like the digital version. The size is exactly what I wanted, and I suggest getting the frame too. It really finishes off the portrait and makes it ready to hang anywhere.

While it's fun, the final product doesn't quite resemble a painting. It appears as though the computer image was simply superimposed over the body, giving it a somewhat unnatural look—almost like a floating head. Despite this, I'm excited for my dad to open it on Christmas!

Ugh, major frustration alert! Ordered a custom picture, and it looks nothing like me – more like an alien vibes. Sent back multiple revisions, but the struggle is real. They say 1-3 days for revisions, but it's more like a mini eternity. Not the smooth ride I signed up for.

Don't waste your money

I attached a picture for a canvas for a friends birthday. The only option I saw was digital. I did not like any of the "drawings" asked for revisions, they all looked the same - no changes. There was an issue with the shipping address. And a major issue trying to get in touch with anyone to help. No phone numbers. And email - Either a standard we are so sorry reply to every email you sent & nothing was done to help OR we are sorry & it seemed like someone was going to help. Either no reply or when they did - you are just going in circles. A terrible company. Trying to get a full refund not an 80% one as they told me.

There is no real service

They go back and forth with you promising a solution without ever following through. But they have charged your card and you are left with nothing. Save your money and go to another site. There are several. These guys really do not want your satisfaction — they just want your money. I ordered a ‘digital only’ by mistake and have repeatedly tried to pay the additional amount and get the canvas made. Never any follow through by the company. It would be as simple as an additional invoice and send the print. Period. They don’t seem to be capable of doing that. Cute idea, but never again.
