    This pillow is really awsome, and the customer service is just great! They were so helpful and really took care of everything. I’ve always avoided neck pillows because they’re either too big or just don’t work well—my head would still fall around, and my neck would hurt after. But I gave this one a try, and wow, it’s a game-changer! I actually slept well for once. Plus, it kept my neck warm, which was so nice since I usually get chilly and need a blanket or something. Had a small problem with the delivery, but the customer service team was super quick and made sure to sort everything out. Really happy with both the pillow and the service!

    I can never rest on planes.

    I can never rest on planes. The constant bobbing of my head makes it tough, and I’d try to squeeze my head between armrests, on jackets, on the tray, etc. I wasn’t sure this would work. But it did. It was quite comfy (I got the cool fabric type), even with big headphones, and I managed to get a solid 3+ hours of sleep (on a four-hour flight). My head stayed still. My son said I was out cold every time he glanced over. No neck ache and a decent nap. Totally worth the cost.

    I've never slept on a plane until

    I've never slept on a plane until now! Bought it for a long haul to South Africa. I tried it on a trip to Turkey. Didn't even hear the captain welcome me aboard. Woke up in the air, not knowing I'd taken off! 2 hours of solid sleep, AMAZING!! Thank you for this game changer.

    TRTL was got for my doughter-in-law,

    TRTL was got for my doughter-in-law, so I can only repeat what she told me - that she slept for 90 minutes on an easy chair the first time she tried it out! I dare say she was weary, being a very busy person, but her comment must mean a lot.

    This neck pillow is seriously a game-changer! 🌍✈️ I slept like a baby during my 12-hour flight to and from Brazil, and the material is so comfortable. I'm even getting one for my mom!

    I have just used my chin rest on a long haul flight to South Africa and it was simply fantastic. So comfy and the scarf kept my neck beautifully warm. I had a wonderful sleep

    It may work for some people

    It may work for some people but not for others. I found the neck brace too wide, and because you can't quite compress it, I could not get into a comfortable position. It's also quite uncomfortable, and you'll feel really hot in a matter of minutes. It's a great concept, but it just didn't do it for me, so much so that I completely forgot I had a travel pillow (because I gave up using it) and accidentally left it on the plane.
