The company seems quite shady, relying on various local couriers and leaving packages at the front door without notifying the customer. They won't give refunds for undelivered items, and their customer service is confusing and unhelpful, leading you in circles when trying to make a claim.

На сайті щось замовити неможливо.Вісім разів робив замовлення проводили проплату а через два три дні кошти повертають чому так ніхто з служби підтримки допомогти не можуть і не знають як тому не рекомендую.

Товар низкого качества - китайское дешёвое говно. Служба поддержки одни тормоза, реально не решают вопросы, особенно те которые касаются возврата товара. Крайне не рекомендую.

Речі приходять малі,а техніка не робоча

Колонка пропрацювала місяць,а мікрофон взагалі одразу не працював. Речі не відповідають розмірам. І якщо є якийсь "подарунок " так його забувають відпоавити

Брехливі якції про безкоштовний подарунок. Скільки б друзів ви не запросили і вони прийняли ваше запрошення, завжди буде мало. Подарунка ви не отримаєте.

Двічі робила замовлення. Перша посилка прийшла дуже поганої якості, а ціна була ринкова. А друга посилка взагалі не прийшла. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ

Заманався писати, не замовляти прийде або брак, або інакший товар і тоді кли пишеш про ситуацію нуль на увагу та повагу.

Прислали не той розмір

Замовляла тапочки на 25 см ступні, прислали на 27. Великі. Частину посилки відправили не в мій населений пункт.

Посилка прийшла за 50 км від мене а за попередній брак не повернули гроші тому не рекомендую краще алі експрес

Yes my name is Donna. I started shopping at Temu I think in October about a couple of things and wow they got good prices so I kept shopping and kept shopping. I was spending four and 500 a month shopping there. I’m buy for children that don’t have much I try to make them smile cute outfit, shoes toy anyway I’ve been having fun doing this and I realized I returned back and I didn’t think I got my money back for it or credit so I went to Support Ask, what they look it up and they tell me I didn’t send the items back that the order came back but the pants weren’t in there but there was extra items in there but they look into it I said OK so I look into it well, I find the order where they refunded the pants for credit I go back to Support and tell them. my apologies here’s the order it was refunded… You know I’m in full-blown investigation they cut me off I can’t shop there anymore. They won’t let me they just keep saying I’m under investigation and won’t tell me why or what’s going on. I’ve never been told I couldn’t spend my money anywhere. I just don’t understand I love shopping at Temu. It is like the best place I’ve ever found to shop. . I want to shop again. Please. Thank u. Donnajoe

Просто треба уважно читати відгуки, опис товару і так далі.Є багато добрих товарів.Замовляла футболки, штани, дитячий одяг, взуття, штори, багато речей для дому.Нарікань немає поки що.Якщо не підходить товар, відправляю повернення (це дуже зручно), квитанція на сайті, на пошті показую на телефоні, відправляю товар і все добре.Впродовж п’яти-шести днів завжди повертають гроші.Також можна скасувати будь-який товар з замовлення, або весь замовлення поки його не відправили! Гроші миттєво надходять на рахунок.Зручнo і швидко.Взуття у китайців непогане, особливо літнє.Враховуючи ціну, просто клас.Можна змінювати ціну протягом 90 днів на куплений товар, також повертати навіть без штрих-коду.Загалом, мене поки все влаштовує.Так, ще забула додати - загубився замовлення, за нього повернули кошти без проблем.

I have bought over 100 items from Temu. Lately, I also got 2 devices from AliExpress. There is no way to compare the two sellers fairly. Temu sends almost everything in one shipment, but AliExpress ships from different sellers separately. Temu always supports their products and gives customers full refund protection with no return cost if the return is valid. AliExpress sellers sent me broken products and said I must pay to ship them back to China before they refund me. They might refund if your return is valid. The return shipping to China cost 2.5 times more than the devices. After weeks of arguing, they finally gave me half the money back and said no need to return. I didn’t want to risk more money on a possible refund, so I took the 50% for bad products. I will not buy from AliExpress ever again.

I've been buying everything from here for a while now, and the shipping is fast. The products are protected in sealed bags. Even Royal Mail helps with delivery. It's definitely not a scam. They give options of sizes and tell you the price. I just bought a full silicone doll, small but in great condition. It was wrapped in bubble wrap, a box, then another bag. The package is very secure so rain doesn't get in. The tracker is great and they give me info on where my item is. I'll always use Temu because I trust them. All electrical things have worked. I review every item I get. The best thing is when they deliver, they take a photo of it if I'm out, so I know the times.

I don't have a problem with them. The stuff I ordered, I've had a few orders now, they always came on time and in good condition and were good quality items. I got one thing that was faulty, I contacted the shop I got it from, they asked for a few picks. I sent them, my replacement was posted the same day, can't complain about that. But that farming game is ridiculous and painful. It's like it's made in a Chinese overlord fashion. Unless you dedicate your whole life to it and bother everyone you know with invites it's almost impossible. Just as the carrot gets close it restarts. If that's what you have to do for free stuff I'm happy to just buy it.

I've ordered from Temu a few times and mostly things went well, except for one item in an order that I'm still waiting for. Everything else arrived on time. I appreciate the option to adjust prices and get instant refunds. The quality of the products is okay, which is what you'd expect. I really like their customer service; it should be a role model for others! In my last order, they sent the wrong charging cable, but when I contacted them, they refunded about 80% of the price right away. They've already fully refunded me for the delayed part of my order when I asked about the delay. I'll definitely keep buying from them.

честно говоря меня всё устраивает заказываю не первый раз быстрая доставка и удобно так как много вещей которые не найдёшь в обычных магазинах мне испорченые вещи ещё не приходили тем более это редкость с доставкой всё отлично DHL всегда привозил в назначенное место эти «лохотроны» есть да но если ты не тупой человек то всегда просто их уберешь я понимаю что оно китайское но на алике такое же многие говорили что им что то не приходило так как я сейчас не в СНГ то мне всё приходит но туда бывает что то не доходит это норма так как у многих продавцов из сайта свои ограничения так что всё советую

Але далі багато негативу, повʼязаного з доставкою компанії Meest! Працюють повільно і неуважно!!! Дві доби не можуть доставити посилку з одного района міста в інший!!! На гарячу лінію звонити немає сенсу! Чіткої відповіді дочекатись нереально, все по дибільному шаблону: ми з вами звʼяжемося…. З Temu працювати бажання безумовно є, але за умови зміни компанії, яка доставлятиме посилки!

I liked buying things on Temu.. no cost for shipping and you can send stuff back if it dont fit. I had fun with Temu Circle .. some of the rewards and games werent great, but a few were actully nice. I was with them for 2 years but spent way to much... they always took care of my returns and shopping here was a really good time. The support chat starts with a robot but if you ask again (maybe 2 times :)) you’ll get a real person. Big thanks to Temu. Thank you .. I give it a 5/star rating !
