I use Temu regularly. I am quite happy with their service. The clothes are good quality, and after some trial and error, I found the right size. Remember to wash colors separately to avoid dye running. The handbag I bought isn't waterproof, but in heavy rain, not many would be, to be honest. A backpack I got was supposed to be waterproof but isn't; now I use it for weekend clothes. Check sizes carefully for hand creams; 10g is small, not like UK products. The refund process is easy; upload photos and it's done. Sometimes you get a refund with a slight deduction, but you can keep the item and donate it as suggested. There are always offers of gift boxes and discounts after ordering, but adding items can be tricky, especially with the pricing for different colors. Lastly, it's odd that valued customers need to place an order to claim a £30 discount. They should apply it as Temu credit for the next shop. Overall, more good than bad, and webchat is helpful.

Day reads turn over in "English." Band is canvas and leather. Good quality. Movement feels like Japanese by weight. Other watches are SOKI and WOK. Light with canvas knock-off bands. Will replace bands. Watches are 40 to 42 mm round cases. Band lugs are 20-22. Movement suspected plastic. Price $2.19 to $3.14. Pleased and satisfied. Will have magnifiers placed on date. Barton or Richie bands. Most of my collection is Swiss Wenger or Viktronics. Did not pay more than $200 for each of them. Nice additions to my collection. Look out, Amozon.

Можливо треба самому бути уважнішим і добре прочитати? на Тему досить детально описана будь-яка інформація. Замовляла безліч разів як в Польщу так і в Україну. І тільки один раз посилка прийшла невчасно. І то не по винні Тему, а по вині пошти. Одразу побачила на своєму балансі в додатку Тему 20 злотих. Така ж ситуація була у доньки в Україні один день протермінування - 200 грн на балансі. Можу порадити єдине: чим менша кількість артикулів в замовленні, тим швидше замовлення до вас надійде. Додатком дуже задоволена!

I've purchased a lot from this company. Most of what I've bought has been great and has really low prices. I've bought household stuff and women's clothes and been really happy with almost all of it. Their sizes are pretty accurate too. I've even got a couple of kaftans that are just like ones I got from Amazon but for less than half the price. Some people who complain are just snobby and don't want to admit they're getting good stuff at Temu's low prices. I'll keep buying from them. Also, when there's been a problem and I've complained, they're quick to give refunds without any hassle.

I've ordered a few times from Temu, mostly good experiences except one part of my order is still missing. Other items arrived on time. I appreciate their price adjustment option and quick refunds. The product quality is okay, as expected. Their customer service is great and could be a model for others. In my last order, they sent the wrong charging wire. They refunded about 80% immediately when I contacted them. They've already fully refunded the delayed part of my order without me asking. I'll definitely keep shopping here.

Замовляла неодноразово, все приходило, якість відповідала, жодного разу не було проблем, і на першу покупку дійсно була гарна знижка, можна було обрати один товар і я замовила джинсову довгу спідницю, вона мені вийшла за 100 грн. Прийшла спідниця, гарна, гарної якості. Зайшла почитати відгуки, тільки тому що збиралась замовляти товару на велику суму, тепер мене крають сумніви..... The products are okay, but lately, delivery's gotten worse because now you need a $40 order to finish your cart. I can't always spend $40. I put some things in my cart for a few days, only $20, and got a message: choose or lose, so I lost. What a shame. Aliexpress charges a few dollars for delivery. Shein does it too. Amazon offers free shipping over a certain amount, but below that, they charge a fee. I've been buying for over 2 and a bit years and spent a lot. Thanks, Temu.

Доброго дня! Замовляю не перший раз ,але один раз вислали ботинки різного розміру один 45 а другій 46. Назад не відправив бо не маю на це час. Більше не хочеться замовляти після цього.

Замовили на сайті товари, оплатили, чекаємо. Все як завжди впринципі. Збирали замовлення з двох позицій 7 днів. Нарешті відправили. Відслідковувалось до пори, стало на митниці і все, далі ніхто не реагує з сайту, стандарті смс з служби підтримки. Тобто на сайті пише, що типу відшкодують, але я вже і не надіюсь на те. Пишуть, що замовлення відправлено і чекайте. Досить не приємна ситуація. Яку, як я зрозуміла ніхто не вирішить. Уявляю скільки таких людей по всьому світу.

Користуюся Темі уже пів року. Все відправляли вчасно. Були прикрі моменти. То не той розмір вислали,то не той колір. А тепер вообще затримують відправку на вісім днів!!! ВСЕ проплачено ,а дій ніяких. Користувалася в останній раз. Дуже шкода грошей😢

They don't refund!!

The most terrible company, in every way. Products of execrable quality, extraordinarily bad shipping, but the worst experience is that of the return. After walking from one side to another to drop off the package (the instructions on the website have nothing to do with reality), you wait a month to receive a refund that was not even issued. I have been to the bank several times so far, only to be told that the ARN code sent by them to verify my transaction is invalid. There is no other solution/proof that the money left them. But the bank claims that no refund request was issued from them... So, keep in mind that you will never receive the money for the products you send as a return, from this terribly bad Chinese company!!!

When I went into my temu order to tell them my order was wrong ,it requested I click on howly to speak to them and ut would be a refundable 1 dollar fee.They even had my card details on hand and when I spoke to them they said they can't help me and told me temu would be best to contact In this time R533.08 and R18.34 had come off my account and temu has said that they did not authorize this This is fraudulent activity which Howly is carrying out and I have notified the authorities
