Avoid this company at all costs!

I made the mistake of not checking reviews before ordering. I ordered 2 cushion covers and they came in colors that don’t even match what was shown online. I asked for a refund and was told there might be "variations" and they offered me 20% money back or a 20.% discount on my next purchase! I declined, and they gave me a random address in China to send it back—at my own expense. Totally unfair! After questioning them, I’ve been ignored by "Abby" despite multiple emails. I'll have to try getting my money back through my credit card.

Reliable company. Bought some covers for my sofa cushions since blankets didn’t work well. The covers fit nicely and seem to be made of good material, plus they have ties underneath, which is a nice touch. Even though they were shipped from abroad, they kept me updated on the dispatch. Would suggest. Make sure to measure your cushions for the right size.

We've had our Sofaguard covers

We've had our Sofaguard covers on the couch for almost a week and we’re happy with them. We have two dogs who think the sofa is theirs, so they’re on it almost as much as we are. The covers fit well and, to my surprise, they stay in place! I think we'll be glad for their water resistance in the future. Overall, we're happy with the covers!

The cover arrived fast and is just what we were looking for. It would be helpful if sofa guards were clearer about not being based in the UK, but I can't say anything bad about the shipping speed or the quality. The sofa cover arrived in 10 days, and we’re happy with it, the material feels nice.

I only realized after placing my order that this is a Chinese company and the items were sent from China, which was not clear on their site. I prefer UK companies. After checking Trustpilot, I was surprised to see some pretty bad reviews. However, it took 2 weeks from ordering to delivery, which I think is okay, and I'm satisfied with the throw I bought. Communication about delivery wasn't great; the message I got from Royal Mail mentioned 'Etarget Limited,' which I couldn't connect to Sofa Guards and thought it might be a scam. The email from the Chinese courier was quite confusing, so I just ignored it. Overall, not a bad experience, much better than I thought based on other reviews. I’m unsure how the throw will hold up and I’m not sure if I’d buy from them again mainly because I don't need another item like this.

Great sofa covers. I bought one for my old 3-seater leather sofa, and I was really surprised by how well it fit. I liked it so much, I ended up buying another for my 2-seater. It does take a while to arrive, but it’s definetly worth it. My leather sofas still feel great, but they were getting worn out and needed a new fresh style. These covers did just what I needed. I ordered ‘Khaki,’ and I’d say it’s more of a dark greenish color, which is exactly what I wanted, so I’m pleased with it. I haven’t washed them yet, but since they’re light and stretchy, I hope they keep their shape and color. I’ll probably buy another one in a different color for a Spring or Summer change. I really recommend these covers to give a fresh look to your old sofa.

If I could custom order my original choice, it would be a 5-star experience. I do plan to purchase more as a backup.

I like how comfy these couch covers are, and the color's just right. Only thing, the pillow covers leave part of the pillow exposed, wish they were fully covered. It'd be better if they had a style with a zipper for full coverage. But overall, my couch looks fresh!

These sofa covers serve their purpose in shielding my couch from my dogs, yet they exhibit a notably low-quality construction with thin and easily torn fabric. I've acquired these covers on two occasions—initially opting for the Classic version in Ash several months back and subsequently trying the water-resistant version, also in Ash. The water-resistant variant appears significantly darker than the Classic and lacks the tying feature underneath present in the Classic version. Despite not achieving complete satisfaction, my options for individual cushion covers for my couch are limited. I've assigned a 3-star rating, contemplating another purchase unless a superior alternative surfaces.

I purchased 3 covers, 2 sofas

I purchased 3 covers, 2 sofas, and a sofabed. The colors and patterns of the products are nice, and the fabric is thin but that's okay. Delivery was fine. However, I have to give a lower score because both sofa covers are too small even though our sofas fit the required measurements. Whenever you sit down, the polystyrene sticks pop up and need to be pushed back into place repeatedly. It's embarrassing when visitors are over. I'm disappointed. I would consider buying again if they improved the sizes and fit.

Avoid ordering.

The sizes are wrong and the covers don't fit my sofa. I contacted them to return but they replied saying, "We are no longer able to process returns at this time, but here are three solutions we can offer to resolve the issue." All three involve me buying more covers, even though the next size is for the chaise and is totally the wrong shape.

Scam

If I could give them a 0 I would. They claim to have a return policy but they don’t. I canceled my order within 5 min of placing it and have time stamps to prove that I did. They got back to me days later saying I can only cancel within 30 min of placing the order and I didn’t. First lie, then they said it had already shipped, second lie since it shipped a day after they said it had. They told me that instead of canceling I could refuse the package. How do you refuse a package that a delivery person just drops at your door. Then you want to return and they don’t respond, this is a scam Of a company!

The product turned out better than I thought. It’s very soft and fits my sofa well. The price is good, especially during sales! There are some small things that could be fixed but they aren’t really needed. It would be nice to have more ties on each cover. A longer pillow back choice would be helpful too. Also, if these are meant as pet covers, the zipper on the square pillow should be hidden more. My puppy now treats the zipper like a toy. All in all, I plan to buy another peice to finish covering my sofa.

I made an order and got the confirmation with the tracking number, but the delivery status on YUNExpress stayed the same for a whole week. I reached out to customer service to ask why there was no update, and my agent did a great job pushing things forward. The YUNExpress tracking from China to the UK updated almost every two days. They said delivery would take 7-15 days. After almost two weeks, our chair covers showed up, and I’m very happy with how good they look and fit.

Our couch had ripped fake leather and we were using blankets to hide it (since reupholstering was going to be too expencive). I came across this site by chance and decided to try it out. It fits well so I’ve now ordered more stuff from them. Began with the chaise cover, now just waiting on the seat and back cushion covers. Really happy!

Buying things online can be hard because pictures don’t always show the real product and it’s tough to know the quality. I was surprised how lovely the throw turned out, nice colors and good quality, and it’s large enough to cover my sofa! It looks nice and keeps my new sofa safe from my twin 16 month old grandsons!
