When you order from Scoreblue, they don’t mention that you’ll receive auto shipments, and they charge your card before you even get the pills. Also, I’ve had three orders so far and still haven’t seen any good results. Not suggested.

I'm a bit upset with this company. They displayed pills at .99 cents each, but when I bought 24 pills, they charged $57.95. Plus, a $10 pharmacy fee appeared later. If we subtract the extra $10, they still overcharged me. I phoned to ensure I wasn't put on auto-ship; unfortunately, I was. They assured me they removed me from auto-ship, so I hope this is the final fee.

The customer support here is awful. I tried to cancel my order but found out it was already sent out. I then called about returning it for a refund when it showed up. I was told to write "DELIVERY REFUSED -RETURN TO SENDER" on the package above the shipping label and not to take it to the post office because they often lose returns. I followed these instructions, and the package was sent back to the delivery person who dropped it off over a week ago. I’ve called twice and just get the run around about my refund. One person even said I should check with the post office to see if it’s still there.

I never signed up, I never got product and I am having a very hard time getting my money back that ScoreBlue stole from me. I did look into this however the credit card I used was for an old address and ScoreBlue declined it. Ok fine I had moved and have not updated all my billing addresses. Luckily I just happened to check my statement and saw a charge from scoreblue for $158. They must have pushed the declined payment through but I never got any product nor am I signed up for any subscription. I have contacted them several times and so far I have received no refund. When I asked why, they casually mentioned inflation. When I decided to cancel, they suddenly offered to revert to the original price as a COURTESY! WATCH OUT! Unfair practices. They never refunded my $9.95 like I asked. To say I’m done is an understatement...

They charged me extra, claiming I upgraded my order, but that wasn’t true. Then, my order took 8 days to arrive, and they sent me generic Viagra instead of the AGV I asked for. Finally, after 12 days, my order showed up again, but once more, it was wrong. The pills seem fake or contain very little viagra. When I contacted customer service, they tried to tell me the AGV doesn’t say AGV on it, and it’s a generic version, claiming they sent me the correct product, which they said is the best available.
