This company is making things easy for everyone by offering a helpful service. They let people access healthcare even without insurance, and they can even get treated at home if necessary.

Charge $260 for NOTHING

I scheduled an appointment with you on 11/22/24 @ 1:10 pm. I registered with my correct info and address. YOUR system gave me the option of scheduling an appointment with a provider NOT licensed in my state. I got all the way through the appointment and THEN the Doctor told me that she could not write a prescription. She told me she was sending you an email and I would not be charged. She told me to log out of the app and back in and I could IMMEDIATELY schedule with another provider and I would not be charged again. #1 I was charged a second time PLUS a cancellation fee. AND there were no other appointments available until 5pm. I want my money back and I want it now. This was YOUR fault. I put in my correct address when scheduling. She also told me I should have had to upload my ID which I did not have to do. I am so upset with my experience. People come to you for help. You should be ashamed of yourself

Don't use quickmd for weight loss medicines

If you're looking for a reliable source for GLP1 weight loss medicines it's NOT Quickmd. I have-(now/had) been purchasing mounjaro from quickmd. Once I started higher dosages (7.5 mg and up) I have had nothing but issues as to when the order(s) got processed and more importantly when the order got shipped. Their sight says to expect shipping in 3 to 5 days, which is FAR from the truth. Right now it's 8/1 /25 and I've been waiting for a shipping notice from my order which was sent to the pharmacy on 7/21/25. Over the past 2 days I have made several attempts to find out where my order was and when it would be shipped. NO ONE ever replied. Don't bother entering a support ticket, I submitted 3 in 2 days and no one ever responded. Not only did I pay a hefty price for my medicine I'll be out of medicine until if/when I finally get my order. Do yourself a favor and don't use Quickmd!

Suboxone treatment

If you’re in So Cal and are in need of suboxone treatment, these vile scumbags, who are only in this to profit off your weakness, will take your money while having full knowledge that no pharmacy anywhere near you has the medication you need. I have exhausted every avenue searching for a pharmacy. There’s a political wall installed and none of these shitbags will inform you of this current situation.

Do not use treat loyal customers like crap!

Wish i could do no stars! Was a patient for years and **** from the NWI should not be allowed to see patients. Not only does he not care of your needs but will all out refuse you medicine you have been taking through the same site for years. He is a joke and has the records in front of him. Chose to rip a loyal patient off and downright refuse him medication I have taken for years. **** do not use!!

DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WISH TO SUFFER

do not use this service. you will suffer. you have almost no chance of receiving medication. they're selling false hope playing a dangerous game with people lives. you will if at best only receive a partial refund and waste your time go talk to a primary care physician in your area if you need help. I know it's hard being where. you are have hope ask for help stay away from this company.

I wrote a review last week because I required assistance. They asked me to reply, which I did. I was promised a follow-up, but I haven't heard back. I tried emailing the address I was given, but it didn’t work. Now, I'm looking for a different option, but after being a customer for so long, I expected them to support me after my apartment was damaged by Milton. It seems I was mistakin.

I had a disappointing experience

I had a disappointing experience with QuickMD. They were supposed to have a doctor call me at a scheduled time for prescription refills, but the call never came. To make matters worse, they charged me $20 for the missed call. Additionally, when my pharmacy made an error, QuickMD was unhelpful, leaving me out $100 with no assistance. This company lacks customer care and accountability.

BUYER BEWARE

So many negative things-I don't know where to start. I began when Monjoura was difficult to come by, I knew that this came from CHINA, but every time it would take so long . so many other issues to list here, but now there are so many other options. Go with a US compounding site. My advice.

Problems getting medication

The doctor sent in my medication too the pharmacy. Something happened where the pharmacy needed to reach the doctor before filling the prescription. There is no way to reach back out too the doctor! So I wasted 100$ to go to a doctor and not even get the medication I need.

Charged $649.00 and never sent medication

It’s been weeks since my credit card was slammed for $649.00 and they haven’t provided anything except some emails from Bots stating it could take up to 2 months to receive anything. Good luck, trying to speak to a real person they don’t exist.

Horrible

Absolutely horrible customer experience. They literally have no telephone support whatsoever and you have to pay in order to speak with someone even though you have paid previously.

Took my $99 and gave nothing back. No doctor talked to me. No perscription came. The 800 number they use just dosen’t go thru. Don’t waste your money on this.
