Awful company, not helpfull at all

Awful company, not helpfull at all, item feels low quality, they say you'll get it in 5 days but it ends up taking almost 3 weeks. When it finaly comes, used it once and it stopped working, then nobody answers emails or calls. Better to avoid this China based bussiness.

I got 2 Happy Nappers.

I got 2 Happy Nappers. They came on time but seem like cheap copies. They were wrapped in plastic with no brand name. There was no tag with care info, so I had to look up how to fold them online. The quality was not as good as I hoped.

Ordered an LED lamp off this site.

Ordered an LED lamp off this site. The product page showed a remote that had a lot of features, which is why I went ahead and bought it. But what came was another smaller remote with barely any buttons. It couldn't do what I thought it would. The return time is only 14 days, which is real short and not what other stores usualy offer, so I couldn't send it back. I messaged them and asked if they could just send me the right remote from the listing. The lady said she would check and let me know the next day. Never got any reply. So now I got a lamp I can’t really use the way I planned. Not gonna tell anyone to shop here if they want honest service.

First off, they're not even based

First off, they're not even based in the US like they make it seem. Like, they advertise like they're selling stuff here, but they actually ship it all the way from China. It took forever, like 3-4 weeks, for my stuff to get to me. It was ridiculous. And then, like, I found out they're shady and their ads are fake, so I'm hoping they get in trouble for it. Also, just a heads up, if you ever need to return something and get your money back, good luck. Their customer service people are a joke, super unprofessional and sketchy. Just a warning, keep an eye out for these guys.

I bought two items and wanted

I bought two items and wanted to return them both. They wouldn't give me a refund or accept the return because they had given me a price adjustment when I tried to cancel one of the items. When I got them, I wasn't happy with the quality. They said my order was closed because of the credit they gave me on one item. That's ridiculous! I'm going to contact my bank and the Better Business Bureau. It seems like they just don't want to give refunds. Also, their website says they're in New York, but it turns out they're in China.

I ordered some down pants and what I got was very diferent from what was shown online. I had to message them a few times just to get any answer. They said I'd get my money back once they got the return. But it's been longer than they told me and still no refund. I kept the tracking info so I know they got it. I won’t be buying from this place again. The stuff is low quality and the whole site feels like a trick. I should’ve checked more before buying. Their 2 star score on Trustpilot is about right!

To start, this company claims to be based in New York, but they don’t ship from there. I picked them since they are in the U.S.--I wanted to avoid long waits from China. The item came directly from China and took a long time to arrive. Additionally, the delivery service marked it as delivered days early (which happens a lot), so I thought I had more time to return it. I had no tracking or updates. The product wasn’t as described. Customer service was lacking.

I had the worst experience

I had the worst experience with this website. First, they didn’t even send my order. When I reached out, they were so rude and dismissive, it was shocking. They refused to give me a refund, and every interaction felt like they didn’t care at all about their customers. I’ve never felt so disrespected by a company in my life. It was just a total nightmare from start to finish. Avoid this place if you don’t want to waste your money and get treated badly.

Their customer service chat was always open, even in the wee hours of the night. That's when I realized they must be operating internationally. Turns out, they're a Chinese company with warehouses and shipping solely from China. They try to trick you by saying they're in Brooklyn, NY, but don't fall for it. Believe me, it's all a scam. I had to fight for a refund, but they finally gave in. Never again will I order from them.

Before I placed my order with this company, I asked if the product was available and if they could deliver it within the promised time. They told me yes. After 10 days, I reached out again and was told the product would arrive shortly and that I’d get a tracking number in 24 hours. Today, I got an email saying the item is out of stock and my money will be returned in 1-3 business days.

Despite having video proof from the day they claimed the delivery happened, they are not helping. I've already filed a complaint with my state's AG, and I suggest you do the same if you have been misled by this company.

Bought six expensive shelving light fixtures but

Bought six expensive shelving light fixtures but only got two power supplies. Even though you can connect several lights to one power supply, that didn’t work for me because each of the six fixtures went in different rooms. I contacted them and they wouldn’t send extra power supplies, so now I have four useless ($440) light fixtures sitting here.

Since it never arrived, I called again and learned it was past the 14-day limit for returns. No help from customer service. I wouldn’t buy from this company again. Very bad service. Buyer beware.

This website is very misleading, and I will NEVER order from them again. They do not state that they ship from China. Instead, it sounds like products will come from a NY warehouse. Why would I buy from you when I could just go to Aliexpress for the same service? This seems like a trick.

This company is awful; avoid them. I ordered a thick yoga mat, and when it arrived, it didn't match the picture at all. They're only offering a half refund for sending me something that wasn’t as described. I attempted to leave a review on their site but couldn’t, deceptive business!!!

Their shipping is terrible! They ask for 9 dollars for shipping and it's been over a week and I still haven’t gotten my order. When I contacted customer service, they told me it would take 5 more days. If that’s true, maybe they shouldn’t charge for shipping.

Bought a baby lounger and only had it two weeks before I washed it and it came apart. They will not refund or replace item because it was bought more than 14 days ago. Also, ordered diaper bag that came in wrong color.
