I ordered a light with white light, which was shown clearly on the website. Instead, I got an RGB light that wouldn't produce white light. Customer service took days to respond, saying they would send an email and that they were sure there must be a way to make it work as a white light, and they were "looking into it." Every time I contacted them, they said they would email me. Complete incompetance, no knowledge of their products, no real customer service, and poor quality products that don't work. Stay away.

I reached out to Sarah to cancel since it was beyond my budget. She was very accommodating and adjusted the price to AUD$160 for me. However, when the items arrived, one of them couldn’t be assembled due to defective parts. The team arranged to send replacement parts within 5 to 8 business days. I appreciate their quick response and efforts. I’m looking forward to receiving my third item and the replacement parts. Their after-sales service is satisfactory.

Several issues to address

Several issues to address. Firstly, they selectively publish reviews that paint their company in the best light. Secondly, I purchased bed rails, and they took, as well as are estimated to take, over a month to arrive. Strangely, they sent each bed rail separately? So one of them arrived on November 1st, and the others are scheduled to arrive between the 10th and 15th of November. Keep in mind that the order was placed on October 10th with a promised delivery window of 3-8 days. The quality is just average, and their customer service leaves much to be desired.

This company is a mess. I bought the product and PAYED for standard shipping. Nearly 2 weeks passed, so I contacted them, and they told me it would arrive in a few days. We got it at last, but only HALF of the order showed up. Contacted them again, and they said the rest would come in 2-4 more days, making it almost 3 weeks total! Also, I was really upset with this company, better to order somewhere else that costs less and actually sends your order when they should.

Every single day for a whole month, their fake American-named AI chat reps like "Levi" kept telling me to wait a bit longer. They said my package would be here in 24-48 hours each time. But guess what? It never came. I had to ask my credit card company for a refund. This company shouldn't be allowed to operate in our country!

No tags, no care instructions, nothing. I had to dig through YouTube to figure out how to fold them properly. And the quality? Pretty disappointing. They felt like knockoffs, not the cozy, well-made ones I hoped for.

Awful company, no support at all, product is poorly made, they say your item will arrive in 5 days but it takes almost 3 weeks. When the product finally comes, use it once and it breaks. After that, they don't answer emails, calls, or anything. Avoid this China based company at all costs.

Ordered blue men's boots & later order was cancelled due to stock issues. They suggested green or brown boots. I can find those colors from any well-known company, for cheaper & quicker delivery. Chose this lesser-known company for their unique color. But they didn't have it.
