The Humana Advantage Plan is letting me save more cash, so to speak. The only issue is the varying Medicaid levels on the coverage. They truly need to fix this.

Informed I met the requirements. Later asked to send a qualification letter via fax, despite having my Medicaid account number. Informed about a system issue. How can such a big company have system problems when all medical offices in Arizona manage fine? Unacceptable and raises concerns about possible fraud or using information for profit.
