I had to change my prescription from the one I had originally given, and I was assisted within minutes.

Won't back their product, terrible customer service!

Horrible customer service, terrible, cheap product!! I ordered sunglasses from them, they took 1 1/2 month to arrive. Fine, from the States, but after 1 month one lens popped out. I kept trying to re-insert the lens but after two months I started to get frustrated. The emailed me to tell me that the warranty only lasts 1 month. I wrote them back stating that from the photos I am sending you can clearly see that the lens has been cut incorrectly and asked them to kindly back their product. I created a video to show them that the lens was cut and inserted incorrectly and slide right through the frame. They re-contacted me numerous times with numerous emails back and forth asking me to resend photos and re-video and put text behind the lenses to make sure that the prescription was correct, etc. It was a huge fight to get them to finally agree the lens did not fit the frame. Once they finally agreed to re-issue my lenses I got yet another email saying that they still need to reconfirm and that they're sorry to bother me however, they need me to send yet, another video. I am confident that at this point that they are just trying to stall me and have no intention of sending new glasses. I would stay away from this company!!!

Terrible Customer Service and Scam Tactics

I placed an order and requested a refund within the 24-hour period by sending an email. Despite my prompt request, customer service did not respond for 4 days. When they finally replied, they offered to make adjustments, but I clearly stated that I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund immediately. After another 2 days, they asked if I was sure about the cancellation. I reiterated my request for a refund, but they continued to delay. Two more days passed (8 days in total), and they informed me that my order had already started manufacturing, and I would incur a 10% cancellation fee. It is evident that their tactic is to delay customer service responses so that the order proceeds, then penalize the customer for not being able to cancel before manufacturing starts. It has been 13 days since I placed the order, and it still hasn't shipped despite this back-and-forth communication. Customer service is TERRIBLE. The 5-star reviews are clearly incentivized and false. There is no phone number to call, and they are not registered with the BBB. My mistake was not checking their BBB registration beforehand because it is clear they are scammers without BBB backing.

A terméket egy hónappal ezelőtt rendeltem, de történt egy kis fennakadás (az én hibámból), ezért elkezdtem e-mailezni az ügyfélszolgálattal... Hát, mit ne mondjak: borzalmas! Az e-mailekre 3-4 munkanap múlva válaszolnak, ami szerintem elfogadhatatlan. (Egy egyszerű rendelési szám megerősítő e-mailre is csak három nap múlva érkezett válasz.) Az üzeneteket állítom, hogy el sem olvassák. (Szituáció: kérték az eredeti receptet, amit az optikus állít ki – ezzel nem is volt baj, el is küldtem. A "PD"-t azonban nem tartalmazta az eredeti recept, ezt le is írtam nekik, sőt megadtam a hiányzó adatot is. Erre három nappal az e-mailem után közlik, hogy a recept nem tartalmazza a "PD"-t.) Az ÜGYFÉLSZOLGÁLATUK borzalmas. Én több ismerősöm ajánlására mertem innen rendelni. A termék minőségéről nem tudok egyelőre nyilatkozni, mert azóta sem érkezett meg. Nevetségesnek tartom, hogy egy ilyen egyszerű problémát egy hónap alatt sem sikerült elrendezni... Ha bármi probléma akad rendelés során, inkább várd meg, míg megérkezik, és küldd vissza – de semmiképp ne kezdj e-mailezni, mert egy örökkévalóság!

Vállalhatatlan

Rendeltem 1 éve egy szemüveget teljesen más keretet küldtek látni látok vele. Júli 28-án ismét rendeltem 2 szemüveget egy naoszemüveg egy sima. 2 het után kérdeztem meg hogy mivan a szemüvegekkel mert fizettem a gyorsabb szállításér de nem kaptam meg nem értették a leletem azt mondták az nem eredeti orvosi lelet megkértem őket csinálják meg úgy mint a régit azok az adatok alapján. Maj napon aug. 17-én sikerült ideérnie egyikkel sem látok már a kulában van . Senkinek nem ajánlom az oldalt annyi szakértelmük nincs hogy az orvosi leletem alapján tudják mit csináljanak és még az alapján sem tudjaak rendesen legyártani amit mar egyszer megcsináltak

Extremely Disappointed

I ordered two pairs of glasses, which took 20 days to arrive. Unfortunately, neither pair worked properly — I couldn’t read clearly or see at a distance with them. Trying to return them has been an absolute nightmare. Not only does the company want to keep 30% of my payment, but they also expect me to cover the return shipping costs — even though the glasses are clearly not right. As an online purchase, I should be entitled to a 100% refund for a product that doesn't work as intended. Customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive throughout the process. NEVER EVER buying from this company again.

Scammers

I bought 3 pairs of glasses, 2 of them were readers with same script. One pair is totally wrong script. Their lenses are very cheap and flimsy. Customer service is FB messenger only and drags out for days. They will not honor the 15 day return policy, 365 warranty, etc. Clearly listed on the page where I ordered; they sited it does not pertain to sales. Which means they do not offer, or stand behind ANY ORDERS. They offered me a 25% off coupon which is less savings them their site or email offers. What a SCAM. They got my script wrong, or gave me wrong glasses. Either way, they will not make it right.

I'm disappointed with Lens Smart.

I'm disappointed with Lens Smart. My order got messed up with different prescriptions, even though we only requested a change in one. The customer service team denies receiving any messages about this issue and is suggesting I pay again to get it fixed. I'm not happy with the lack of understanding, and I won't be ordering from them again.

Scam!

I ordered a non prescription pair of glasses back in May and as of late July I still don’t have my order. I have been unable to get ahold of the company and my emails have been returned! I spend a little under $50 for a pair of glasses that I’ll never receive. Absolutely do not give these people your money!
