Lensfactory has done it again!

Lensfactory has done it again! I recently sent my glasses to Lensfactory for new lenses. Unfortunately, the stone on the frame got damaged in the process. I wasn’t upset at all because I trusted they would take care of it. The staff was great in handling everything—they immediately accepted responsibility and gave me a new pair of glasses, free of charge! Things can go wrong, but how a company deals with it is what matters. Their customer service was quick, professional, and focused on fixing the problem. I walked away happy and would definitely consider coming back because of how well they handled the situation. They’ve earned my loyalty time and time again, and I’m thankful for that. Thanks and thanks to Zack for the laughs too!

I needed a new pair of glasses.

I needed a new pair of glasses. The LensFactory looked like a nice option and it really is. My first glasses I wear mostly when driving or working outside on a sunny day. The polarized lenses work very well. My second pair from LensFactory have transition lenses and these are great for watching TV or any indoor stuff with bright lights. I would surely suggest LensFactory to anyone planning to get new glases.

Really good service. I sent in 5 frames for new lens’ and I’m very happy. They were kind enough to refuse a frame that couldn’t fit lens’ properly. Very open and honest. Every lens… premium progressive 1.74. It would have been nearly 1000 dollars. I saved almost 750 on each set of lens. Highly reccomend.

The process was simple, the timeframe was very quick and the glasses were excellent. They provided much better vision than glasses purchased in person and with the pricing, I was aware of what I was paying for as opposed to being given a total price.

I ordered yellow lenses for my frames

I ordered yellow lenses for my frames, but instead I got clear lenses, which was totally different from what I wanted. The main reason for replacing the lenses was to have a pair of glasses for shooting. After I got them, the lens on the right side fell out. I'm not sure if I need to take apart the frames to put the lens back in or if I can just push it back in without trouble. This is not what I had in mind. I'm really disappointed, I have to say.
