You really should train your sales team

You really should train your sales team to be more honest. The guy who sold me the chairlift was not truthful about some things. I hope I still got a good deal, but I can't recommend the company because of that. I haven't used the chairlift yet, but I hope it's good when I do. The installer was great though. He was kind, explained everything clearly, and taught my son and me how to use it. I'd recommend him, but not the sales guy.

Despite a professionally executed plastic shower installation, the $16,000 price tag seems exorbitant. The process feels misleading, akin to a scam targeting vulnerable seniors. The split payment structure, with both the worker and middleman getting 50%, resembles an MLM setup. To compound issues, communication with the local project manager was disrespectful and dehumanizing. I strongly discourage engaging with Kim Cook or Russell Rawls, as their practices lack integrity and care for the individuals they purportedly serve. Steer clear of this company.

Initial excitement turned into disappointment, and I haven't even used my tub due to the flaws in covering up the installer's mistakes.
