    I ordered a Kimber custom

    I ordered a Kimber custom LW from this place, expecting it to be in excellent condition like they advertised. But when it arrived, it had a stripped screw on the grip and some rust. Not what I signed up for! Tried to get a refund, but they wouldn't give me the full price back and wanted to charge me over $130 to return it. Now I'm stuck with a gun that's gonna cost me a bunch to fix. Super disappointed and definitely won’t be buying from them again. Worst experience ever.

    I had a terrible experience

    I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a LTT Beretta Elite Compact, but they sent me a full-size model instead. When I reached out to resolve the issue, they blamed it on Langdon Tactical and refused to do anything to fix it. The whole process, from buying to shipping, was a nightmare. I felt like I was dealing with crooks and liars. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. It's the worst company I've ever dealt with. Avoid them at all costs!

    My recent experience with this company left me utterly disappointed. The firearm I acquired lacked essential components like sights and a functional magazine, despite being labeled as in 'good' condition. When I sought to return it due to its subpar quality, I was informed that I had exceeded the 3-day return window by three days. It's disheartening that they endorse the sale of malfunctioning firearms and provide little recourse for customers facing such issues.

    I ordered a gun online

    I ordered a gun online and I'm absolutely sure I de-selected the Package Protection option for an extra $6.99. But when I hit "Purchase" and got the confirmation, the charge was on there. Called customer service and they wouldn't do a thing about it. I'm convinced they add it automatically, no matter what you pick. Super frustrating experience, felt like they just didn't care. Definitely not the smooth buying process I expected.

    I ordered a "new" gun

    I ordered a "new" gun advertised with a rebate. When it arrived, it was clear this revolver had been well-used, despite the claim of it being new. I had it checked at two different gun stores, both confirming it was definitely not new. Now, I'm pretty sure I won't be seeing that $100 rebate since you don't get rebates on used items. Feeling totally scammed by this whole experience.

    went to sell them guns, had issues, put same gun in twice and got 2 different amounts $300 apart, tried to buy with credits, they charged my credit card the full amount. Then the gun I purchased wasn't the one in the picture or description and wouldn't help in any way, manager wouldn't even get on the phone. Horrible company,

    VERY SEEDY COMPANY NOT GOOD I'M A FFL DEALER WHO REFUSES TO ACCEPT ANYTHING FROM THEM. THE COUPLE OF TIMES I DID ACCEPT MY CUSTOMERS WERE VERY BECAUSE OF THE GARBAGE THEY SENT. SEND THEM BACK WAS A NIGHTMARE. I AM DONE WITH THIS COMPANY. I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING FROM THEM ANYMORE AND REMOVED MY FFL FROM THEM...

    Spent $2300 on a SKB 3 Barrel Set, only to discover it fires both barrels simultaneously. Despite reporting the issue in writing, there was no response or resolution. Disappointed with the lack of customer service, and it seems they're indifferent to concerns. Regrettably, I won't be dealing with them any longer.

    The delivery takes an exceptionally long time, and the "new" guns received exhibit cosmetic issues. It seems like a "read the fine print" kind of company. Despite giving them a second chance, the experience was still disappointing. According to the reviewer, Classic Firearms surpasses them on every level.

    i wanted to sell a gun to them but they expected to buy it for less than a third of its value if I wanted to give it away I would just take it to goodwill ridiculous company
