    Was browsing online and found what seemed like a great deal on a gun. The listing didn't mention anything about it being used, and the price was just a bit lower than a new one. After I bought it, the invoice didn't say anything about it being used either. When I got the gun, it looked beat up and jammed easily. Tried to call customer service and they were rude and unhelpful, quoting policy and refusing to accept returns. I even offered to pay a restocking fee but they wouldn’t budge. The FFL dealer warned me they wouldn’t accept it back. Totally feels like a scam. Will stick to buying from local dealers from now on. Avoid guns dot com at all costs!

    I’ve had two frustrating experiences

    I’ve had two frustrating experiences with guns.com and won't be shopping there again. First time, I was misled by the rep and even the manager backed up the lies. They promised a gift card for the hassle but wanted the gun seller to cover it, which wasn't fair. After complaining, I finally got the gift card and bought a gun case that broke quickly. Now, I purchased a p365x, only to receive an email hours later saying it was already sold. To top it off, I had to pay $50 more for the same gun. They even sent a promo code that didn’t work because it was already used. I’ve had enough and switched to buds, where I feel more confident. Avoid guns.com!

    Save yourself the trouble and avoid buying from Guns.com

    I bought a Beretta 694 shotgun from Guns.com in April 2024, and it’s been a nightmare. They shipped it without the choke set, and after countless emails, they promised to send the missing parts. They kept asking for patience, but almost a year later, I still don’t have the chokes. Now, they’ve stopped responding to my emails altogether. It's so frustrating. The lack of response and resolution is unacceptable. You'd think a company selling high-end firearms would have better customer service. If they don’t resolve this soon, I’m seriously considering taking them to small claims court. Save yourself the trouble and avoid buying from Guns.com.

    They are thieves and liars. I ordered a rifle for my son for xmas and they have busted the shipping date....almost a week and hasn't shipped out...come to find out they are basically a drop ship company for most of their firearms. Called to cancel they won't cancel. They only seem to have one customer service manager....at least that's what the one I keep talking to says. Won't transfer me higher. I asked if my issue is with you and you continually lying to me what do I do sit on it and take it like a bitch to which he said Yes that's correct. I have now lodged 2 BBB complaints on them. STAY AWY FROM THIS COMPANY

    I tried ordering a Ruger Mark IV Stainless from guns.com, thinking everything was smooth sailing. They told me the order was processing, but then came back saying they were out of stock and offered me a $30 coupon for next time. When I tried to use it on a blued Mk IV, I couldn't figure out where to apply the discount and ended up paying full price. I reached out immediately, hoping they'd adjust the cost, but they said it was too late. Frustrated, I tried canceling the order but got no response. When it finally arrived, the rear sights were off. Now I’m wondering, do they even check these things before shipping?

    Not cool, Guns.com, not cool.

    I thought ordering from Guns.com would be smooth since they claim to have a California compliant section. I picked a gun from that list, assuming everything was good to go. But when it arrived at my FFL, they said it wasn't compliant at all. I reached out to Guns.com, and the "Rangemaster" just said the list is autogenerated, so now I’m stuck paying a shipping and a 15% restocking fee. It's frustrating that they sold me a non-compliant gun from their supposedly compliant list. It feels misleading, and I’m definitely looking into filing a complaint about their false advertising. Not cool, Guns.com, not cool.

    So, I thought selling my rifle to guns.com would be smooth. I sent in my rifle after accepting their initial offer, but then things got messy. Weeks later, they called me saying they sent an email (which I never got) and had dropped the offer because of a defect I'd already mentioned. They knew about it from the start! The rep agreed it was their mistake and said she'd try to fix it. Never heard back. Instead, I got an email with the reduced amount. When I called, they told me I’d have to pay return shipping and FFL transfer if I didn’t accept. Feels like they hold all the cards here. Not happy.

    Bought a revolver online thinking

    Bought a revolver online thinking it had a round barrel, but it arrived with an octagonal one. Checked the SKU, turns out I got the right SKU, but not what I wanted. Paid top dollar for it. Ordering was smooth and fast, so no complaints there. Took it to the range, but then noticed the cylinder wasn't stopping right when I cocked the hammer. Figured it was a weak or broken spring, so took it apart at home. Found screws on the trigger and grip frames were loose, and one screw was even missing. Hard to believe this was supposed to be a new gun. Replaced the sear spring myself and fixed the issue.

So, I shot an email to their customer service, hoping for some help. They replied saying that once the order is in fulfillment, there's no turning back—no cancellations. It felt like they were trapping me into the purchase, and now I'm stuck figuring out how to get a refund.     Bought a clip from Guns.com, picked the wrong one by mistake. Kept it in the box, unopened, thinking an easy exchange would fix it. Contacted customer service, but they wouldn’t let me swap it. Frustrating. I've bought a bunch of stuff from them before, like five or six guns and loads of accessories. This time, though, their service really let me down. No exchanges, no refunds, no credits. For a regular, it feels like a slap in the face. If you’re thinking about buying from them, be careful. Not the place for good customer service. If they don’t value loyal customers, why should we value them?

    I had a terrible experience with this gun shop online. After I placed my order, I felt like they just didn't care anymore. When my gun arrived, it was all scratched up, which was really disappointing. Trying to return it was a nightmare; their customer service was unhelpful and rude. Garrett, the guy I dealt with, seemed clueless and didn't seem to care about the condition of the guns they were sending out. Honestly, I regret buying from them and would recommend looking somewhere else if you want to avoid the hassle and frustration I went through. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

    Bought ammo during the President's Day sale at Guns.com, where they promised a free box if you bought six. Turns out, there was a hidden trick to claim that free box. I didn’t know, so I missed out. I reached out to them, and they explained how I should’ve ordered, then pretty much said, “Tough luck.” I've spent a lot of money with them over the years, but this small issue has completely soured me. Feeling cheated over one box of ammo was the last straw. I won’t be buying from them again and I’ll make sure to share my experience with others. Not how you should treat loyal customers.

    I can't believe how terrible

    I can't believe how terrible my experience was with this company. Sold my Glock to them and it took more than 2 months just to get a shipping box, get my gun inspected, and finally receive a check. Customer service was a joke; non-existent really. When I reached out to complain about the insane delay, it took them almost a week to respond. Their excuse? "Sorry... we are behind due to the holidays." Seriously? That's just ridiculous and shameful. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy or sell a gun with these folks. Learn from my mistake and take your business elsewhere!

    I tried ordering magazines for my LCP Max and it was a total mess. Waited weeks and nothing happened, so I asked for a refund. They insisted the order had shipped and to wait 48 more hours. Still nothing, so I asked for a refund again. Instead, they opened a package claim. Two weeks later, after I followed up, they said I’d get my refund. Then, out of nowhere, they told me the package was shipped and no refund was possible. They did give me a $25 gift card, but honestly, after all that hassle, I don't even want it. Definitely not ordering from them again.

    I tried to buy a gun from this site where you bid and win, and the whole experience was a bit of a letdown. I had a couple of days to finalize the purchase, but I had some questions about the gun. I tried reaching out through Instagram, their website, and even called them, but nobody ever got back to me.     Definitely not what I had in mind.

    I thought I'd try selling my AR-10a supersass gen 2 on this website. A friend mentioned it, so I figured, why not? Anyway, I put in all the details and waited for their offer. When it finally came through, I was shocked. They offered me just $500! I mean, come on, I know my stuff and this rifle usually goes for five to six times that amount. It felt like they didn’t even take a proper look at what I was offering. I expected a fair deal, not something that left me feeling like I was being taken for a ride. Definitely not what I had in mind.

    Avoid at all costs!

    So, I decided to give this website a try, and boy was that a mistake. I ordered a specific firearm, but they sent me something completely different! When I finally got through to their so-called customer service, they basically shrugged it off, saying "stuff happens." Apparently, buried somewhere in their terms of service, it says the product images don't match what you actually get. Seriously?! They even admitted they could send a BB gun instead of a .308 and call it a day. It's ridiculous. This site is a total scam. Avoid at all costs!

    I bought a shotgun from Guns.com for $1,900, thinking it was perfect for me. But when it arrived, I found out it's a left-handed model, which was never mentioned in the description. There was just an “L” in the serial number, which I had no clue about. When I reached out to customer service for help, they pretty much told me to get lost. Apparently, all gun sales are final. It was so frustrating! If you're considering buying from them, I'd suggest being super careful or just avoiding Guns.com. I learned my lesson the hard way.

    When I asked a question on rifle and they raised the price $1000

    I found a rifle I wanted at guns.com but had a question on its configuration. I used their contact page on their website. In my description heading I listed the mfg PN and price. 2 days later they responded to my question and referred me to the manufacturer. I guess they don’t have access to their inventory. I went to the website to purchase and they had marked it up $1,000 more. Irony there response still had the price I saw on their website in the email heading but when I ask about it the website ad as now $1000 more.

    I placed an order earlier today for two Canik Stretch pistols, total was $1756.76. Just 18 minutes later, I get an email saying my order was canceled. Each pistol was supposed to be $814.99 plus fees. Went back to their website, and now they were listed for $1029.99 each! Clearly, they weren't out of stock, they just wanted to jack up the prices. Felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, not cool at all. This is really disappointing and untrustworthy business behavior. Definitely makes me think twice about buying from them again.

    Just a frustrating and costly experience overall

    I recently bought what was supposed to be a certified 16 gauge, thinking it was all checked out and ready to go. But nope, the gun wouldn't eject shells no matter what brand I tried. I sent it back the very next day with a shell still stuck in it. They even noted the shell was still jammed when they got it, yet insisted nothing was wrong. To make matters worse, they only refunded part of my money, leaving me out $200. And trying to talk to a manager? Forget about it. Just a frustrating and costly experience overall.

    I'm so frustrated with this

    I'm so frustrated with this company. I ended up paying way more for my gun than I should have, like an extra $264. The price kept going up the more I looked at it, and they trick you by saying there’s only a few left. Bought it when it said only 1 left, but next day they had more in stock at a lower price. Plus, they didn't mention all the extra fees. Got hit with a $16 FFL transfer fee and then another $46 when I picked it up. Feels like a total scam. Definitely not buying from them again.

    I ordered a gun and they shipped it to the wrong FFL, like 7 hours away from me. When I contacted them, they just said I must have picked that location myself. But that’s crazy because I only saw five nearby options when I ordered. No way I’d choose one 500 miles away. They refused to help fix it and now I’m stuck with this mess. Honestly, it’s been such a frustrating experience. Can’t believe they wouldn’t take responsibility. I’m definitely not buying from them again. What a letdown.

    I wouldn't recommend buying from them at all

    I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. Bought a rifle expecting front and rear sights, just like their website promised. But when it arrived, no sights included. Called and got Derrick, who said he was a manager. He blamed Ruger for the mistake, which made no sense because Ruger doesn't control their website. Derrick was just trying to shift the blame instead of fixing the issue. Completely unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend buying from them at all.
