I had a terrible experience with this place. They charged me way more than what they said—79.99 instead of 39.99. Scam! Do Not Trust Them!

The site leads you to believe you're paying for a consultation and your prescription but that's not true. It's just the consultation, so having insurance or not doesn't matter at all because you still have to pay for your prescription at the pharmacy. Finding that out, I tried to cancel my order but they won't let me because the prescient was sent to the pharmacy! What a scam! I gave them $100 for what I could have gotten for $15 elsewhere!

Needed help with a sinus

Needed help with a sinus infection and asked for an antibiotic. Called their number to confirm both antibiotic and steroid prescriptions. Waited 7 hours with no response. Finally, they said the antibiotic would be sent to my pharmacy but I'd have to pay again for the steroid prescription. Basically, they charge a consultation fee for each prescription. Annoying and frustrating. Won't use this service again and definitely reporting them.

I got the wrong prescription two times and could not get any help from Customer service. I have decided to go back to my Family Doctor.
