Had a problem with the site Entering card info, I couldn’t see where to put card num, CVS num, expire date, and zip code. The fields were invisible. The selection is very good

Ugh, noticed the frame options
Ugh, noticed the frame options have taken a nosedive. Bummer, right? The frames I loved last time? Nowhere to be found. And seriously, could use a 411 on anti-glare vs. blue blocker glasses. Both claim to be anti-glare, but what's the deal? Do I really need both, or are they pulling a fast one on us? A little FAQ action would be golden. Company, spill the beans!

Never buy your glasses from a online dealer
Very limited selection of frames, no hands on fitting. Received my first pair with the bifocal line in the middle of my view, returned them with a letter from my optician letting them know where to place the bifocal in the lens. Was told they didn’t do no line for my employer which is not true, so returned them again to get no line lenses installed. We shall see what I get next. Not to mention what they will charge me for the lenses. ?

Seriously, where's my receipt at? Every other company shoots you an email with all the nitty-gritty details – charges, transaction number, the whole shebang. Or at the very least, they tell you to print the page for your records. But nope, crickets from these guys. I've mentioned this headache before, and it's still a mystery. How hard is it to shoot me a receipt, right?

I sent in my prescription
I sent in my prescription, asking for some specs to help me see up close, and what do I get? A pair that's basically blind to anything near. It's like they got the memo but decided to wing it. Definitely not impressed – can't see near at all, and that's the whole point, right? Hoping they sort this out because right now, it's a blurry disappointment.
