    I ordered a PCM from this company and it was a nightmare. Took over 60 days to arrive, which was already frustrating. When it finally showed up, it was faulty. Tried to return it, but they refused, claiming it was past the 60-day window since purchase. Thing is, we hadn't even received it within that time frame! Ridiculous. Customer service was no help at all, just kept repeating their policy. Wish I had checked the BBB reviews before ordering. Terrible experience, totally regret it. Avoid this company if you can!

    It's not worth the headache

    I ordered a computer from this place and it was a total mess. It didn't work right out of the box. I sent it back under warranty, hoping they'd fix it or replace it. But nope, they did nothing. Weeks went by and I never got a new one. Tried to get in touch, but they just stopped responding to my emails and calls. It's like they vanished. Felt totally ripped off. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. It's not worth the headache.

    Got my ECU back, followed

    Got my ECU back, followed all the installation steps exactly as described, but it’s still not working, same issue as before. I reached out to customer service on 12/30/24 and spoke with a lady who promised to send an email with an RMA to sort it out. Well, it’s been days and still no email. Feeling pretty frustrated with the lack of follow-through. Just want this fixed already.

    I went to this store

    I went to this store because they said they had the part I needed. Paid for it, but then they sent me the wrong one. When I called them, turns out they didn't even have the right part. And the refund? Only got $169 back from the $319 I paid. Felt so cheated. Their customer service was terrible, didn't help at all. Wouldn’t recommend trusting them with your money.

    Absolutely terrible experience

    I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. Their customer service was non-existent - they wouldn't return emails or texts, and they ignored my calls. I waited for 3 weeks without receiving the product I ordered. In the end, I had to involve my bank to get a refund. Buyer beware, this is the worst service I've ever encountered.

    Man, got my hands on the

    Man, got my hands on the computer, but the programmed keys decided they're on a car-cranking strike. Had to send it back, they returned it, same old story – car stayed put. Got hopeful about a refund, finally got it, but hang on, it was $200 less than what I shelled out. Not the smooth ride I was expecting.

    They didn't respond to my emails

    I've had a frustrating experience with this business. They didn't respond to my emails, and when I called, there was no return call. They claimed my computer was in the mail, but it never arrived. Now, I'm left without an ECM, and I'm unsure what to make of this situation.
