VERY slow ship time. Very poor communication method. An assigned doctor will message you after signup within 1-2 days. If you have a question, it takes another 2 days...each exchange takes 2 days. If there were a 3-5 minute appointment time, a conversation exchange could take place and you could get your perscription much immediately, but this isn't the case. It takes an additional 1-2 days to prepare to ship and they ship slow ground with USPS, which takes 10 days. So, 19 days for me, sign up to receipt. I've not received my order yet, only the arrival date, so i can't comment on the product. However, it's not customized. They offer two levels of compounded cream only. Know this before going in. Going to my local doctor would have been faster and the same amount of money, but I'd already put in my CC information because I thought this would be more convenient - that hasn't been the case for me.

Fast forward to December 2024, after turning 45, I was told my hormone levels were fully in the menopausal range, my hair was thinning, my skin was dry no matter how much water I drank or lotion I used, my brain fog and neurodivergent symptoms were worse, I’d had severe insomnia for two years, I was always exhausted, and I couldn’t control my emotions well. The OB didn't want to discuss HRT with me and suggested waiting until April 2025 because that would be a year since my last period. I knew something needed to change. I felt like I was losing myself and was struggling every day. I researched HRT on my own and found Winona.
