I recently purchased a Custom Birthstone Raw Crystal Ring with Citrine and Aquamarine from 37bracelet.com, and I must say, I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. The citrine stone in the ring is so transparent that you can see the metal underneath it, which gives it a sloppy and unappealing look. I was really looking forward to receiving a beautiful and well-crafted ring, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations.

Customer service did reply. Unfortunately, I got the WRONG BRACELETS. I sent pictures of what I got (compared to what I ordered), but they didn't match at all. After I sent the images, they insisted that everything was fine with what I received. It felt like the person looking at the pictures didn't really see the difference. The customer service is quite poor.

Bad experience

My experience with 37bracelet.com was extremely frustrating and disappointing. First of all, they completely messed up my order, and it seemed like I received someone else's items instead. The quality of the ring was far from satisfactory, as it was already chipping before it even reached me. When I tried to reach out to customer service and requested a refund according to their supposed money-back policy, they flat-out refused to honor it. Dealing with them was a hassle, and they were difficult to work with throughout the entire process. To add insult to injury, the delivery was extremely delayed, and my mom didn't receive her Mother's Day gift until well after Father's Day. Needless to say, I won't be using their services again.
