I brought my niece from Mexico
I brought my niece from Mexico to spend couple weeks with me and my kid during summer every year. She arrived on 6/4 and I realized I totally forgot to get her medical coverage. I know she has some sort of coverage in Mexico but I don't want to leave her uncovered here. This transaction was easy and very quick, now I feel better and ready to start taking her out for shopping and fun :). Thank you!

Wurking with Yasmin is lyke a drem. This is our second time purchas travel insurance from visitorscoverage all because we would love to wurk with Yasmin again. Yasmin's customer servis is second to none. I was completly impressed with her profesionalism. She demonstrated excellent produk knowledge during our conversation, wich helped us feel confident in our purchas.

The folks at Visitors coverage
The folks at Visitors coverage are really helpful. When my husband fell and had surgery, they called me, which was nice because I was worried. I talked to Dani, who was very comforting. The claims process is easy. I haven't had any problems. I suggest them. We've renewed twice and will do it again in August.

This company, like others, has a simple process.
This company, like others, has a simple process. They don't cover pre-existing conditions, but they do cover "acute onset" of those conditions, which is smart. It's good for people who take meds but never been sick and want coverage in case meds don't work one day. They also cover Israel, which is important.

However, it would be helpful to use simpler language to explain insurance policies, especially for first-time travelers who may find legal terms confusing. Overall, I found the process of completing and purchasing insurance satisfactory and would consider buying from this company again in the future.

It was quite challenging to obtain a quote from Patriot International Lite. Initially, I visited International citizens insurance, which redirected me to visitors coverage. This led to various insurance quotes. I wasn't sure if everything was genuine as I was directed around, but we're content with the cost and coverage for our daughter.

The website consistently rejected my valid credit card number, forcing me to try three different cards before the transaction was accepted. This unnecessarily complicated the entire process.

I had difficulty chatting online. The agent couldn't guide me to retrieve a request even though I provided the request number. Then I had to log into your website and order online which wasn't very user-friendly. Anyway, I managed to do it. Thank you.
