What made the experience good was when we initially purchased

What made the experience good was when we initially purchased the travel package in October 2024. What upset us was discovering that the eight (8) different vacations we were promised turned out to be a complete LIE!!! You shouldn’t offer false promises just to close a deal. How would you feel if you or your family were cheated out of your hard earned money? We are senior citizens and struggle to live on our retirement income.

Renee is rude

This is a scam. They say it’s a deal for 3 nights but they charge you 99 and the hotel charges another 238 in fees. That’s not a deal and then you have to sit through a stupid presentation where someone tells you what you should do with your money. The rep I had was Renee and she was hateful when she realized I wasn’t buying. All the fake shit stopped and her true colors came out with the insults. In the end, she even threw my paperwork away that I was supposed to turn in for my gifts. They need to check her before she gets checked. No one can tell me what to do with my money. The program is a scam. Pay attention to the details.

So I wasn’t even going to do a review but at this point, I am completely fed up with this company! firstly, start by noting that when they sell you the packages, they sell it in a way as though you’re already purchasing the trips at you’re agreeing to however when you go to book the trip, there are still additional fees that have to be paid. I just took that as I should’ve read the fine print So I booked a vacation to Vegas and thought everything was fine as long as I went to the presentation. Once I arrived in Vegas, I found out that they auto canceled my reservation so I had to pay out-of-pocket for the evening because they assured me everything will be handled the next day and I will get my money back. The next day after hours of back-and-forth, they finally told me I had to go to another hotel, which meant I missed out on the money I spent on the first hotel. Even worse when I got to the second hotel, they had no clue who this company even was nor did they have any reservation under my name! so for the four days I was in Vegas I was literally homeless! I still attempted to go to the presentation, but they told me that I could leave to handle the hotel situation as long as I rebooked before I left Vegas. However, since I never got the hotel, I never went back to the presentation. I find out today that they charged me $100 for not going to a presentation that I only agreed to go to to cover the hotel stay. Why would I still go to a presentation if I never got my hotel room and you left me homeless for four days! The cherry on the top is their customer service representatives which apparently there are only a few because every time I’ve called I’ve spoken to this one lady who is the rudest and most heartless human being I’ve ever come across! Her attitude is nasty, and even when I was in tears explaining that I was homeless and had nowhere to go no money, she just hung up on me because she didn’t wanna hear it anymore. Do not, and I repeat do not work with this company! Not only did I lose out on the money I spent purchasing the vacation packages originally, but then they found it acceptable to go into my account and take money that I did not owe them!! And even when I called to explain that I was homeless in Vegas, I never got my hotel room. This lady proceeded to tell me that I still owe them! Horrible company, horrible customer service, and you definitely do not get what you pay for due to their shady salesman tactics! I hope this helps somebody to avoid what I’ve just experienced!

straight out lied to me

When they first called me I was ready to hang up I'm not wanting a timeshare type thing however they managed to keep me on the phone and I listen to their sales pitch and because I was planning on doing some traveling decided that possibly this was a good idea for me I ended up paying at first the price was started out to be $845 for an entire package with a bonus of somebody else's trip that couldn't make the trip and so they threw that one in for free when I was transferred over to the closer they reiterated what I had bought and then sold me another $100 worth of something else I can't remember exactly what it was but I upped the amount of money that I spent to now well over $900 for the package I was reassured over and over and over again that this was the total amount of money out of pocket except for taxes and fees at my vacation locations and that I was on no time schedule I had to be sure that they weren't saying I had to do all of this within when you're or something to that effect and they assured me over and over again that no this was a lifetime deal and I could use the benefits at any given time so all that being said I made the purchase Life took over and I was unable to make the presentation right away I did book it later on and then life took over again and I had to cancel that reservation and reschedule for now I have it scheduled for August the 30th and now I'm waiting for that time to arrive I get a phone call from somebody with vacation offers trying to squeeze another $1,000 out of me and in the end actually came out and said Well you know it's kind of like when you buy a car if you don't make payments on it it gets repossessed now when I try to login neither one of my emails work it says I have no account so I'm not sure if I spend $1,000 for absolutely nothing or what but I would recommend highly that you go right past this one and onto another one if that's what you're interested in I should have known better I didn't pay attention to my own inner trepidations and made the purchase anyway and now I completely and totally regret it!

BUYERS BEWARE!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VO TRAVEL!!!

Absolutely horrible service. If I could give them zero stars, I would. They have everything figured out on how to take advantage of a customer. When you do have issues, they send you through to your account manager, my account manager's name is Vanessa by the way. She laughed at me and was condescending because they have no one over the account manager that you can talk to if you're not happy except the owner. And when you asked to speak to the owner, you're told it doesn't work like that. So, you just have to take whatever they're willing to give you. If you're not happy NO ONE CARES about YOU as the customer. When I signed up for this program, I was given lies about rules and regulations. Shame on me for taking somebody's word. Not to mention, their app never works, always down, times out, starts over, glitches etc. It is down today right now as I write this review. Oh and if you call to get help you have to wait 24 - 48 hours for someone to call you back. And, that's if they call you back at all. I've only had this program for two months and I'm already livid! So their app doesn't work, their policies don't work, their employees either lie to you, or laugh at you and that's OK with them because there are not check and balances. Don't think you're going to get any money back when you cancel your membership within the first two months because you only have the weekend to cancel after you sign. Then the money is theirs and they don't care. Please heed my warning. Do not use these people to travel with! You can get better results from Expedia.com and Booking.com and you don't have to pay for a membership or put up with anybody's mouth or cheating ways. By the way, I have found places to stay for much cheaper on these to sites as well. I have had to use these two sites to travel as VO app was down! I travel 3 weeks out of the month most of the time for work and I thought this would help tremendously. VO does not! They get a big fat zero, F minus from me.

Don't Fall for It

I received several calls from the company. Actually it was from a third party offering my this trip and this cruise and airline tickets, and free rental car, and another cruise for this price. Then once I accepted those offers then well you need to add travelers insurance for this cost with more airline tickets. You need to go to Orlando for a 90 minute visit - we know the drill. We go to Orlando - they have us in a crappy hotel - we stayed 1 night went to the tour and left and went to Jacksonville (no refund for the other 4 nights) I'm not blaming them for this but I could. Two months after our "visit" I had to call to request my trip(s) information. They then send me an email and say - Fill out the form and mail them in to us. I do as they say & wait 1 month. I call and they proceed to tell me that whomever I spoke to didn't explain everything correctly and I will need to redo all the vouchers and mail in the new ones. I do. Wait another month - NOTHING. I called again - was given a contact email - email the company and receive this email... Hello, unfortunately VacationOffer's fulfillment account with Customer Choice Rewards has been closed due to a significant outstanding balance. Your rewards have not been paid for and cannot be mailed. They have been formally notified to cease all distribution of our Select My Reward Now program materials. I have been told from Vacation Offer's, that is not what happened (who knows) but they are working on it but have no idea how long it may take. Their track record of keeping me informed is zero out of 5 at this time. I'm pretty certain I will have to continue calling to find out any information as they are not forthcoming whatsoever. If this situation turns around I will amend this review. As of the moment we feel as if we have been scammed and would give them ZERO STARS if possible. *Purchased January 4, 2025

Vacation Package Winner?

In 2024, I entered a sweepstakes and about 2 weeks later I received a call saying I won a free vacation. What was told to me over the phone was that the package included a 4 day 3 night stay in either Las Vegas or Orlando. I was also told that after attending a 90 minute presentation, I would also receive another 4 day 3 night stay at any city they serve. I was also offered round-trip airfare for the first trip. I called today 7/7/25 to confirm and book my trip but they had no record of the round-trip airfare. I asked to speak to a manager but I was told that they don't transfer calls and they can't change the package, and the rep. kept repeating the package to me. I asked if there was a number for a manager and she once again repeated the package details to me. I asked again, "since you don't transfer, can I get a manager's number" again she repeated the package details to me. That went on for some time. It's a simple yes or no question and she refused to answer it. She said I could call the number again and she won't answer but that wouldn't guarantee that a manager would pick up. She continued to talk over me the entire phone call and she ended up hanging up on me. I have never been so upset over a phone call. That's not how you do business. They were all friendly when they were trying to get my deposit but when I'm trying to confirm something they told me, which turned out not to be true, they are cold and short.

This company sold me a hotel package in Florida for $350 (4 nights), claiming it was a special deal. However, upon further research, I found that the exact same hotel is available on reputable online travel platforms such as Booking.com or Expedia for only $250. This indicates that the company is reselling hotel stays at a significantly marked-up price under the guise of exclusive discounts. Moreover, the company promised to provide a $100 gift card upon completion of a meeting or presentation. However, they later stated that I would only receive the gift card if I purchased an additional travel package, which was never mentioned initially. This bait-and-switch tactic is highly unethical and misleading. It appears that the company does not have any official partnership or agreement with the hotel and is simply acting as a middleman, profiting from inflated prices. Such practices are deceptive and violate basic consumer rights. I intend to report this company to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for misleading advertising and potential fraud. I encourage other affected consumers to do the same. I also reserve my right to pursue legal action if necessary.

They told me they would give me the four night deal to one of their hotels as long as I attended one of their presentations With my wife, I asked them if they could still offer me the deal if my wife did not come because she would not be coming with me on my trip because it is a business trip and they said yes it was OK for her to not come with me to the presentation as long as I had her permission later on when I went on my business trip and went to their vacation tour presentation they told me I could not come to the presentation without my wife and Told them that is not what they told me on the phone and what we had agreed too. I told them they were dishonest with me and we would not have made the deal if they would have said no when I asked them If it was OK if my wife did not come to their presentation. They lied again and said that that is not what they told us and thats not what’s in their contract and would now be charging us the full bill for the hotel and not give us the deal!! The company that owns them is Allen Marketing group and their company name is vacationoffers.com. Buyers beware! Do not get on their website and do not do any business with them. They will scam you, Lie to you and cheat you!!!

They completely scammed us and we’re so dishonest!!!! Beware!

They said they would give us The four Night deal. as long as my husband agreed to go to one of their vacation presentations. They asked if his wife would be able to go and he told them that she wouldn’t be able to go to the presentation with him because he was just there on business. The customer service rep that we talk to told us that it would be ok if his wife could not make it as long as he had her permission and they would still give us the four night deal. Well, when my husband went to the presentation at the time and date, they had agreed to they told him that he would not be able to come without his wife. My husband called their customer service phone number and told them that they had already previously agreed that he could still have the deal without bringing his wife, that he would not have made the deal if it was not OK for her to not make it. They were completely dishonest and told us that they had in their notes that they told us the wife had to go and they completely lied about what we previously agreed to and told us they would be charging us for the full hotel cost!!!! They are a fraudulent, dishonest, and scamming company that will scam anyone, and nobody should ever use their business!!!!!

Buyer Beware! False Advertising

I recently had a frustrating experience with the customer service team regarding a booking I made for what I believed were two rooms with two Queen Beds each, priced at $99. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that only one room had been booked. This was not what I expected, and I immediately reached out to customer service for assistance. Unfortunately, they were not very helpful in resolving the issue, as they simply reiterated that only one room was booked, despite my understanding that two rooms were to be reserved. This experience has left me feeling that the company engages in misleading practices and false advertising. It's crucial for potential customers to be aware of this before making a booking. To add to the inconvenience, I was also informed that I would incur a $500 fee if I did not attend a timeshare presentation, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. Due to these misleading practices and the failure to deliver what was promised, I have decided to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges. I believe that this situation warrants action, and I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering similar bookings. Buyer beware!

I was disappointed in the whole process that this company took. They offered a deal if we came and listened to there companies presentation. They paid to have us brought to there business which was over 2 miles away, but NOT a return. After responding to multiple questions about me, the sales rep themself came to the conclusion their business would not suit our lifestyle, but I had to listen to their 90 min presentation anyway. If I didn't, then I would be obligated to pay my full hotel bill. The rep said they would ask if I was interested after the presentation and if I said yes or no I could go. However, when I said no, he said I'd have to wait until a mgr signed off. The salesman just walked away. I had to go to him to find out what was going on. He said I'd have to wait my turn. Several other people who worked there said they would sign me off, but this man intervened each time. I waited 30 min and finally walk over to who I thought was the mgr. He told the desk person to sign off. They also said that I'd get a 50.00 gift card, but would take about 2hrs to receive When it came it was a discount for a specific show. So it was to specific. I would never use them

I don't know if the positive reviews are fake or not, but this review is genuine. I took VacatioOffer up on its promotional offer and was VERY disappointed. I was Ubered to the VO Travel Club Las Vegas offices, from my hotel, the Serene Resort. The reception and presentation went well. The staff was nice and accommodating, and the vibe and atmosphere were great. However, after the presentation, I decided not to buy in. At that point, your staff, especially the presenter, became rude and told me to find my own way back to the hotel I was picked up from (no Uber back). It took me over an hour to walk from your offices back to the hotel in 96° weather. I could not get an Uber or Lyft because my phone had died. Aside from being mistreated and stranded at the VO offices, I did not receive the $50.00, e-gift card that was promised to me. Your website boasts a "100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE." I am far from satisfied and truly believe that VacationOffer.com uses misrepresentation, fraud, and breach of contract as its standard business practices.

Total bait and switch operation

Frustrating to deal with from the very beginning. Promised one hotel, got booked at a run down, sketchy motel. Told they would cover our transportation to the presentation, but the “website was down” so we had to pay ourselves. They said to send them the receipts for a refund, but then they would only pay half. We were promised a $100 gift card “about a day” after the presentation, but again the “website was down” and a week later I still have seen nothing. Don’t bother emailing their info@ or help@ emails, they only respond with “Call us!” Then you sit on hold for half an hour. All the destinations, hotels and cruises I was initially “sold” are now no longer available only to be replaced with sub par options whose “out of pocket” prices are substantially less than my original choices. Just a disaster. I don’t think I will even take advantage of my additional offerings because I can’t stand to deal with this company anymore!😡

I reserved a room for 4 nights in Orlando to support my granddaughters' in their basketball tournament. When I arrived at Sono Hotel on I Drive, I was told my reservation was canceled two days ago but I didn't cancel anything. They gave me two more options. I chose The Clarion just minutes away also on I Drive. The MOTEL was deplorable. Moldy smelling room, filthy floor and bugs. VO declined to cancel my reservation so that the hotel could refund me my amenities cost they just charged to my card. Their customer service was worse than the hotel itself. They had zero interest in making it right and they refused to let me speak with a supervisor or manager. The young lady was rude and very unbothered about this 70-year old woman being displaced. I don't recommend ANYONE do business with VacationOffer.com. I do plan on showing up to the presentation to express my discontent in person and hope they don't charge me $300 for it.

Crooks/Scam for sure!!!

Received the call after being gifted a vacation from family. Purchased $1,000 package with several trips but was not informed that my spouse had to attend the presentation also because his name was included in the confirmation email. He lives in another state, and we do not travel together. When I tried to set up travel without him, they indicated no exceptions could be made. I asked for a supervisor to discuss my situation, and they refused. When I pointed out this was not discussed during the purchase, they said that the terms and conditions in the light grey tiny print on the confirmation email were there, and I should have cancelled within 14 days if I had an issue. Honestly, I'm just going to chalk this up to a $1,000 lost to a scam because I don't want to deal with them any further. RUN RUN RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!

Impossible to cancel "free" vacation deposit

I was told that I could book a vacation in Miami instead of Orlando, so I provided the $149 deposit. When I tried to book, I was told there would be a $1600 surcharge at the hotel I selected from their list. I called back and they told me that it was because it is a premium hotel. Since they never told me about any surcharge, I asked to cancel. They told me I could cancel after I received my confirmation email. Upon receipt of the email, I learned that I could only cancel by email. I sent the cancellation request, and I then got an email saying someone would call me the next day, and if i didn't answer, they would assume I decided not to cancel. I never got a call. I sent another email notifying them that I would be disputing the charge with my bank.

Unprofessional

I received a vacation after attending a bridal expo. I booked and canceled my hotel stay in the same day(March 2025) , after deciding to go another direction. We planned on booking again in the fall. After paying $280, I was assured that I would receive a refund in 7-14 business days which is pretty normal. Here it is the end of June and after calling multiple times, each representative says the same thing “due to a system failure we are not issuing refunds. When the system is back up, we will issue a refund” they do not give you any kind of timeline on when the system will be back up. I don’t understand and I will certainly not be booking with them again and leaving reviews with the bridal expo as well

Unacceptable Reservation Booking Time

It took 5 attempts to book reservation. The wait times in cue over 30 minutes. - Sunday 7/27/25, 1st attempt, call dropped at position 1 in queue. - Sunday 7/27/25, 2nd attempt, talked to agent and call dropped during reservation conversation. Agent didn't call back. - Monday, 7/28/25, 3rd attempt, call dropped at position 3 in Queue - Monday, 7/28/25, 4th attempt, tried on line chat, Zachary said, I need to use the phone number to make a reservation - Monday, 7/28/25, 5th attempt, made reservation, agent very helpful, took 6 minutes of phone ringing in #1 in queue, 47 minutes over all time to reach an agent. Reservation time needs to be addressed....

This place is a scam. I booked a trip to Miami and when I got my reservation, I called the hotel to verify and they said it was cancelled. I call Vacation offer and they say don't worry it will be fine. On the day of travel, still my reservation is not booked but cancelled and they tell me to book another hotel and they will reiemburse me. I cancelled my trip with them because they are so sloppy! It has been 3 weeks and I still haven't received my refund! This place is an absolute joke!!!!!!!!!!

100% Scam

I booked with them and make sure to book in one specific hotel at a specific time. After I paid, they told me that they couldn't book me this hotel, and if I wanted to go this day, I would have to pay another $450 dollay Also, they want to reduce the backlog from 5 days to 4 days. Also, I spent hour in the phone with no help for whatsoever Customer service with no experience and they cant help no supervisor Please stay away from those scam pepole,

Do not use VO ever

This is the worst experience ever. First I called to check my reservation before we flew out and was told it was cancelled by Vacation offers so we got a hotel ourselves then we were told we would get a $100 steak restaurant in Las Vegas and didn’t get that. Now I’ve been calling for 2 months for my 149.00 refund and same lady answers saying they can’t process refunds and no other information and no manager. They are a scam

I paid 500 for a package for multiple area and then the list of places to go was different than their site. The hotels are not nice at all and then you have to pay more for better. (The amount on the hotel site is typically less than what you actually pay in total). I cancelled mine and had paid additional 400 for another hotel and it has been weeks and the excuse is that the refund portal is down.

This place is horrible!!!! They called my phone of course offered me a deal on vacation packages with airlines tickets and never sent and email called multiple times and was told it can take longer to catch up in the system the number that was giving to me by nico daniel's was a fake number!!! BE AWARE!! Scammers!!! Also said my 450 was non refundable I never received ANYTHING!!! 😔

Scammers

They lied about what they would give in return for going to the presentation. They lied about where I could attend the presentation. So of course I know that they are lying about what they are selling. Even if what they were selling was true, and it is not, it would take most people 5 or more years to simply break even. But what they claim to offer is also not true.

Poor customer service

Theee worse customer service given. Feel like I got scammed, because no one seems to be able to answer questions when asked.( Their words, not mine) . None of the gifts were given that I was promised, hotel accommodations weren't met, and I paid extra for these accommodations. Lesson learned to never, and I mean never to deal with this company again

Vacation Offer scammed me big time

total scam. Not even a company but a domain with no one in charge. Do not fall for their scam. Charged be $600 for the package and $619 for the reservations they never made or paid for. Ii paid for everything and now they say gather everything for partial reimbursement. What? I want the $619 back since I know I can't turn in the whole package.
