The company's performance
The company's performance always leaves me scratching my head. Every time I deal with them, I run into problems. This last time, my package showed up five days late and it was already opened. I guess I'd use them again only if I'm desperate.

Every time any of my parts suppliers uses UPS
Every time any of my parts suppliers uses UPS, there are problems. The latest case is the shipment from China to Trinidad - their local subcontractor was unable to deliver the package to the TT Customs in the port (Chaguaramas), but they held it at the airport instead - some 21 miles away.

This compny is trash
This compny is trash. They got franchis stor, can't give back mony for broken stuff. Don't use UPS!! Their support? Waste time, no help, no clams. Complains do nothing, just talk to franchis. UPS IS USELESS.

Awful company, awful customer support.
Awful company, awful customer support. Constant delays but they just alter the delivery date to claim it wasn’t late. I’ve had two parcels with their delivery dates changed 4/5 times each. They add custom fees even if the total value (including VAT and shipping) is under £135 and blame the shipper (turns out UPS told customs the value was higher so they could apply their fees). This happened with two different packages. Just avoid this bad company if you can; they don’t deliver on time and add fees whenever they feel like it, no matter the customs rules.

After waiting over 3 weeks with no delivery
After waiting over 3 weeks with no delivery, I’m now stuck on a call for 30 minutes. Sadly, the customer service reps here in the USA don’t speak good English, which just makes everything take longer. They told me their centers don’t have phones, which is hard to believe. They can't even give me any info about our local store, which is just ridiculous. Now, I’m still missing packages that haven’t arrived in 26 days.

I had a package supposed to come from Carrollton
I had a package supposed to come from Carrollton, TX, to Brookhaven, MS. Instead, it ended up in Smyrna, TN. What a waste of time!!! Don’t give me the "sorry for the hassle" nonsense like you told others. It's too late for that now. If I get to choose a shipper in the future, I will go with FedEx.
