I worked with Samuel and he did his best to assist me with a tough issue. After I purchased tickets online, he contacted me immediately to explain everything, helped me with better seats, and got me a lower price. Later, he sent me texts to update me on when my tickets were issued, when my seats were assigned, and to ease my worries after my flight was canceled a few days before the trip by another airline. He provided me with his personal extension and stayed in touch through texts. I highly recommend him and feel very grateful to have worked with Samuel.
