Despite paying a hefty 53 euros for what was supposed to be a skip-the-line experience, we ended up queuing like everyone else. Frankly, it felt like we could have saved time and money just getting a regular audio guide ticket instead. If you're looking for seamless sightseeing, think twice before shelling out for this one.

Your service helped my family and me to travel quite well from Barcelona to Montserrat. The tickets offered a good choice of entry options that made it easy to see the important sights. The lunch was also great, with nice quality and amount. To sum up: good value for the price! THANK YOU! However, we did face a small issue with the catalan staff member at the information point who gave us the tickets. Our group of 9 had only 3 English speakers, and no one knew Spanish or Catalan. The worker asked me if we wanted the cable cabin or the cog train. I picked the cog train, and he gave me 9 tickets and a printout of the time schedule, crossing out the cable cabin option. When we got to Montserrat and tried to board the cog train, we found out not everyone could go. We soon discovered that 4 tickets were for the cable cabin and only 5 for the cog train! It would have been fine if both options started from the same place. But the cable cabins had their starting point one station before, with the next chance to return being an hour later! We had a very tough moment, as the cog train was just about to leave...

Our overall experience was good. We got the Venice pass which covered Doges Palace and Basilica and either a gondola ride or Murano/Burano. We chose Murano/Burano this time. We had done the gondola ride before and preferred it. Murano visit was short, only an hour, which was just enough to see the glass blowing and quickly check out the gift shop. Murano has more to offer, so it's better to get the vaparetto pass for 2 days and spend more time there. Despite this, we give it 5 stars because it saves the hassle of planning and the tour guides are knowledgeable and helpful. This is our second time using them and we would use them again without hesitation.

Really simple to get Premium Access tickets for the David Hockney 2025 Exhibition in Paris. When we arrived, we were directed straight to the premium entrance. Got in super fast, no waiting in line for security. I was happy to have the premium access since the weather was really hot. The exhibition was the only reason we came to Paris, and after reading some Tiqets reviews, I worried the tickets might not be real, so I also bought a second timed entry ticket for later. I didn’t have to use it, the Tiqets service was great and the exhibition was truly amazing.

We went on the Monsterrat half-day tour with the all-inclusive ticket, which covered: metro travel to Placa Espana, train ride from Espana to Montserrat, cable car at Montserrat, and the funicular train to explore further north. When I got to the Ballon Generali, I found out the park was shut for the whole time I was there because of the Paralympics. Tiqets gave me my money back fast and without any problems. Entry to Pena Palace was fast, saving plenty of time. Free train from Lisbon was super handy. Suggest taxi from Sintra station instead of costly 434 bus, cheaper and faster, plus you get local tips on the ride.
