I really like Veradek pots. I got an 18” and it came fast. My best part is that it was 1/2 the price of others. I’m now a fan of Tanga!

My 3 pairs of men's shorts came quickly

My 3 pairs of men's shorts came quickly, but I have to send them back since they didn't fit my husband. I checked my Tanga orders but only saw one order, and it wasn't for the shorts; it was an old one. I've been chatting with a Tanga rep online to see why my previous orders aren't showing. Hopefuly, I'll get a response soon. Meanwhile, I found the shorts order in my email. Now I need instructions for sending them back.

Ordered dryer balls but no essential oils came with them. I was told I'd hear back in a few days, but a week passed with no update, so I left a negative review. Today, I learned that Tanga hadn't received any word from the manufacturer but did issue a refund. Their communication wasn't great, but they did attempt to fix the issue.

I like buying with Tanga. The products are always as advertised. If I may point out one flaw, most of the packages come torn or dammaged. Whether New or open box.

It works just like when it was new. However, it was made in 2017, and Google no longer supports Chromebooks that old. This was not stated in the description. It really should have been, as not being able to update is a big problem.

I bought this keyboard

I bought this keyboard and mouse set and it was a bit of a mess, to be honest. First of all, there were no freaking instructions included. Like, come on, at least give us an address where we can find them or even better, just include them in the packaging! I had to resort to freaking YouTube to find some help. And then, the keyboard itself was just awful. It kept skipping and repeating letters, even though I only pressed them once. Like, why even bother making a keyboard if it can't even type correctly? Thank goodness the mouse was decent, but that's honestly the only reason I gave this company 2 stars. At least I could still use my old wired keyboard, which surprisingly still works just fine. Overall, not the best experience.

I purchased a 25$ Witch Witch gift card, but they refuse to refund it. The card has 25$ on it, but neither of the 2 nearby locations will accept it. It also doesn’t work as a valid payment method on the Witch Witch website.

I bought NEW products and got one used Amazon Returned item plus one New.

I bought NEW products and got one used Amazon Returned item plus one New. I contacted the Seller to return the used Amazon item that did not work right. I NEVER got any sorry for selling me this item in a wrong way, and now I have to find someone to help me go to the UPS Store to return it, which is their mistake. I shop online because it’s hard for me to leave home, but these stores just try to sell used things to make money and many people won’t return them because it’s too much trouble. My advice: avoid sellers like this!

They don't even deserve any recognition. It’s a total scam. I ordered something on Dec 8, expecting it to arrive by Dec 18. On Dec 23, I reached out to inquire about my order since it had been stuck at the packing stage. The response I got from customer service was that my item was stuck in pre-transit, and they refunded my money. People should just avoid them. I’m sure those positive reviews are from their own workers.

This company appears to be a scam

This company appears to be a scam. I purchased a Fitbit from them, knowing it was an open-box item, but when the package arrived, it contained no Fitbit, only a band. While they did accept the return, they didn't send a replacement. It seems like they charge you and send incomplete open-box items, hoping that a certain percentage won't bother with returns.

Absolutely ridiculous.

Absolutely ridiculous. Cancelling an item is impossible, so you end up waiting for a filthy and partial piece. Now, I'm stuck waiting for their support to agree to the return. This site makes Amazon look great by comparison. You’ll find better deals at a second-hand shop or the marketplace. Not coming back here.

I would not recommend this company at all. I bought a coffee grinder, but they sent me a very old and used one instead of the new model I ordered. It was also dirty and not what I expected. Stay away from this shop!

What a mess.

The product I received was worn, rusty, dented, and dirty. They promised a refund within 5 days after the return, but haven’t delivered and ignore my emails. They are a huge messy scam business.
