I also faced some troubles with Windows updates that were causing issues, and Nero helped me troubleshoot those to get things running smoothly again. Their customer service and tech support is among the best I have ever encoutered.

I like that GNbots lets me try many bots and use them for free to see how they work. With my second bot I ran into a problem. Nero from support took a bit to get my issue, but that is mostly because I am not a native speaker. Nero solved the problem and the fix was great. The gnbot team helped me whan my computer decidid to do a update. Nero was awsome had me up and runnin in less than 20 to 30 min. I definitly recommend this computer program if you want to run farms for your games saves alot of time. Been with them 2 to 3 years strong and they never hesitate to help when needed.

I wouldn’t suggest this company.

It’s quite hard to get it working properly all the time, and it’s not very smart. Didn’t connect with the app smoothly at all. Also, canceling your subscription is a pain. I canceled mine but they still billed me. Luckily, I used Paypal, which stopped the payments. Definitely not recomend.

I purchased the bot without setting up the trial version and quickly realized it's utterly useless. It only performs a single command, which is upgrading buildings. Furthermore, the support team's response time is excessively long, even when they appear to be online. When I inquired about my concerns, they often provided irrelevant or nonsensical responses.

Unlawful abidance of their own rules

They did not uphold their satisfaction guarantee when I requested a cancellation within the first 2 days of trial. These guys are sleezebags who think they are above the law and get to make all the rules because they are tech bros. They need to face prosecution and lose operation rights.
