While it initially sounded concerning due to a delay in my order, I called them, and they went above and beyond by "NEXT DAY AIR" shipping it to me at no extra charge. Fortunately, I received it just in time, and everything worked out. The people I dealt with were exceptionally nice. In an era where customer service is often lacking, they proved it still exists. A big thanks to them!

Relying on hope is not a strategy
Relying on hope is not a strategy, especially when ordering elbows. I had hoped that these elbows would be long radius, as depicted in the picture, but unfortunately, they were not. Nevertheless, I was still able to make use of them, and I appreciate that they arrived within days.

Paid for next day shipping but got it five days later. Company said it's not their fault and no refund on shipping. So what was the extra cost for?
