I had a recent experience with Squad Locker, and it went very smoothly. After I got details to order a team sweatshirt, I realized it might not arrive before the first game. I reached out to customer service, not sure if they could help, but they responded quickly. Gian from Cust Serv was really helpful and made sure the sweatshirt was personalized and sent out in time. I was happy with how things turned out, and it was nice to get such good service. Gian is a great representative for the company and should be recognized. They should definitely have more people like him. He gets 5 stars.

Over the past month, attempts to reach a live person were unsuccessful, leading to frustration, particularly during a custom-designed order. The seven items ordered were significantly delayed, missing the fall season, but upon delivery, we were pleased with the spirit wear's appearance, supporting our school team. The representative's exceptional gesture of suggesting a donation for the undesired items showcased the company's positive character.

I recently ordered a hat from SquadLocker.com, but I was disappointed with the embroidery quality—it was poorly done. I contacted SquadLocker, and they sent me a replacement, but unfortunately, it had the same issue. They did issue a refund for my purchase, and the customer service was acceptable. However, due to their poor product, I'm no longer using SquadLocker to design items for my team. Unfortunately, as much as I had high hopes for their service, their embroidery issues made the decision for me.

My order was initially set to ship on 10/27/23, but I just received an email today saying they now hope to ship it by 11/10. That's a delay of 13-14 days beyond the promised date.
