Even after prearranging a bigger ride for the return, they dispatched a Toyota Highlander. Frustrated and with a flight to catch, we canceled, opted for a hotel's vehicle, but Shuttlefare labeled us no-shows. Double payment for incompetence. This service is unreliable and better off replaced with a direct Lyft booking.
