I shared my credit card details but didn't get any confirmation of the charged amount or updates on my document until my contact in India confirmed its arrival. SFL, your service was satisfactory, but please keep customers informed or allow shipment tracking like the U.S. post office.

I recently had the misfortune of entrusting my shipment to XYZ Shipping Company, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, promises made during the booking process proved to be empty. Despite assurances of a prompt delivery by October 11th, my package arrived a staggering nine days later via UPS. This delay was just the tip of the iceberg. Upon receiving the package, I was horrified to discover that several items were missing. To add insult to injury, the attached invoice matched the list provided by my family, confirming that the package had been tampered with. The most disappointing aspect, however, was the response from XYZ Shipping. Their acknowledgment of the tampering did nothing to rectify the situation. Despite my immediate action in reporting the incident to both UPS and XYZ Shipping, the follow-up has been abysmal. It's disheartening to witness a complete lack of accountability and responsibility for the mishandling of my shipment.

Instead of addressing my concerns or helping resolve my issue, they were dismissive and condescending, making the situation even more frustrating. When I called for clarification about a shipping delay, I was met with hostility and interruptions, as if my questions were an inconvenience. At one point, the representative even raised their voice, which is entirely unacceptable in any professional setting. I expected courteous and helpful service, especially from a company entrusted with international shipping, but this experience was the opposite. Given their attitude and lack of respect for customers, I cannot recommend SFL Worldwide. There are plenty of other shipping companies that value professionalism and prioritize customer satisfaction. Avoid this company if you want peace of mind with your shipping needs.

Man, what a mess. We

Man, what a mess. We shipped our stuff from Irving, TX to India and almost everything got ruined. All our furniture, including our beloved leather sofas, were soaked and completely unusable by the time they arrived. The washer and dryer? Dented and with broken control panels. It's clear someone mishandled our things at every stage of the shipping process. Only the mattresses survived, but seriously, how did everything else get damaged? We trusted them with our entire home, and they totally dropped the ball.
