Sometimes when you order from different brands at once, the items come in many packages. The problem is when you want to return something, you might get only one return label. This often means you have to call Customer Services. Gabriela made this easier for me by working hard to make sure my returns got back to the right place. I got a jacket for my daughter for Christmas, but sadly it was a bit big. It came super fast and looked lovely, so I got a smaller size for her. She really liked it and it fit well. That one also came fast and is really good quality. I’ll be happy to get more stuff for us later. Thanks so much!

Good value for money on secretsales.

Good value for money on secretsales. Had no problems with delivery or returns, but when buying from multiple brands, you are charged £3.50 for each brand’s return since they do not use the same return location.
