    Mark is really great.

    Mark is really great. I got a call after I made my order, which was a nice surprise. Talking to a real person instead of just staring at emails on my phone felt refreshing. There was a small issue with my order, but it was fixed fast when I called Mark back. I've already shared this with some friends, and we’ll keep using R.S. Hughes for our epoxy supplies. The quality matters a lot when working with materials like these, and so far, we’re happy. I even placed another oder today.

    I'd like to give a shoutout to Jared and Austin for helping us out with our urgent request for 3M adhesive. Our company is in the midst of some serious sealing experiments, and we needed the 3M1300 solvent-based adhesive pronto. Thankfully, Jared and Austin came through and got it to us overnight.     I neaded alot of Tyvek coveralls on short notice. The lady who answerd my phone call at the Denver facility and handeled my order was very frendly and helpfull. She was fantastic. Thank you!

    The support team was good, but I can't rate five stars because the company sold me a product that was out of stock when I bought it. The customer rep. did find the item I needed.

    They claim most stuff ships fast from the local warehouse, but here's the kicker – our rep knows we always order these gloves, and on the last go, we only got some of them, and the rest are playing hide-and-seek in the backorder abyss.

    RSH, seriously, why the mystery on shipping costs? It's like they give you a sweet deal upfront but then BAM – they hit you with unexpected shipping charges that leave your wallet gasping for air. I snagged three small epoxy tubes, and suddenly my $60 order turned into a $90 wallet-vanishing act. Not cool, RSH, not cool at all! 🤨

    I placed an order with the company

    I placed an order with the company and encountered some issues. After a phone call notifying me of back-ordered items, I authorized the shipment of the available items while awaiting the rest. Unfortunately, not only did I not receive the partial order, but the entire order was canceled without notice. Despite my attempts to reach out via email, there was no response. Upon calling, I was informed that the representative had supposedly made multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact me, leading to the cancellation. Despite only receiving one call, I was blamed for the situation. The suggestion to provide credit card information for order placement added an unnecessary layer of complexity. This experience has left me contemplating whether to continue with this company. Disappointing.
