Great taste in all foods. Never found this taste in London. A big range of dishes in every category. My experience was amazing.

While our server, WAJAHAT ALI, provided good service and was attentive, the overall experience was affected by an incident involving one of the chefs (Eastern European). The confusion arose when my father mistook a larger chapli kebab for real food, only to discover it was a plastic ornament. It's puzzling why fake food identical to the real dishes was placed alongside. The chef made a questionable comment like, "If I put cardboard, would you eat it?" Our response was equally straightforward, questioning the logic of placing plastic food that mimics the real thing. The disagreement was brief, but it left a negative impression. The food was mediocre, not noteworthy. What sticks in memory is the hefty cost of £36 per person, excluding drinks. Located in Woodford at the Hoover Building, Royal Nawaab.

What a group of unprofessional and rude staff! I received my chicken biryani, but it had no chicken, and the rice was drenched in oil! I called the manager, who was totally unhelpful and I couldn’t even talk to her. She told me to contact Uber Eats, as if the cooking was their fault. To top it off, she was extremely rude and had no manners, acting like she was giving me free food. Don’t waste your money here; one star is too high! You shouldn’t be in the food business at all.

My husband's belated birthday meal at this establishment was a special occasion. Wahajut Ali, our waiter, deserves recognition for explaining the buffet setup. However, the website's misleading information about the price led to an unexpected cost. Additionally, a server's derogatory comment in Urdu, assuming I couldn't understand, marred the experience. This incident overshadowed the entire meal, leaving us disappointed. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the £130 spent. Potential patrons should be aware of the actual costs and consider the service aspects.

Disappointed with my dining experience
Disappointed with my dining experience at Royal Nawab Ilford. The waitstaff had a noticeable odor, likely due to their financial situation. The restaurant needs to address this for its standards. During Maghrib, I requested the loud music to be lowered, but the workers claimed helplessness. The food was mediocre; the Nahari portion was small, and the meat had an unpleasant smell. Despite my feedback, there was no improvement. Overall, a regrettable dining experience for my family. I hope the Nawab Management takes heed for future improvements.Visited table 17.
