I purchased my equipment almost a month ago

I purchased my equipment almost a month ago, and it still hasn't arrived. I got in touch with customer service today, and they assured me the equipment is now on its way. I will update this review once I’ve had a chance to use the equipment.

The product got here quicker than expected. I was happy to see it on my doorstep! This machine looks good so far. I've tried everything, and it all works fine.

Placed my order nd recieved the machine quickly, came nicely packaged n' easy to assemble. Custmer Service was good n' quick to anser my questions.

I purchased a $2,000 machine

I purchased a $2,000 machine from them in March of this year. Recently, the machine has been making a very loud noise and has lost its strength. I submitted videos as requested to prove that there is an issue with the machine. Instead of addressing the problem, they responded with videos instructing me to fix it myself. The machine is less than a year old and still under warranty. It is not my responsibility, as the client, to open the machine and attempt repairs with videos. I paid a significant amount for the machine, expecting proper assistance and not to be sent videos to fix it myself. The machine's performance has significantly deteriorated, and I need it to work. I have purchased machines from other places, and their assistance has been much better.

The customer service is terrible

The customer service is terrible; I strongly advise against buying from this company. They are a scam from China. I made a purchase, regretted it, and canceled it the next day, on November 13th. However, they still sent me the machine, which arrived on November 29th. The package had a strange address from China and lacked information about them. Upon opening the package, I discovered the machine. Now they want me to pay for shipping, even though I canceled the order promptly. They refuse to cover shipping costs and suggest keeping the machine, claiming it's of good quality. They fail to understand that I canceled the order long ago because I do not want the machine. This situation violates the consumer rights we have in the US.

I strongly recommend against any dealings with this company.

My experience with the diode laser hair removal machine has been incredibly disappointing. It ceased functioning after just a month and a half of use. While it was still under warranty, the company assured me they would send a new laser. However, I had to bear the shipping expenses. Not only did they delay the shipment for a whole month, but what they sent was far from satisfactory. It was an old, scratched device with a damaged screen and a laser that didn't work at all. Their lack of responsiveness and their inability to fulfill their promises have been highly frustrating. I strongly recommend against any dealings with this company.

I've had a rather disappointing experience with this company. It took them days to provide shipping information, and the shipping itself was so slow that I had to make payments for the product before it even arrived. All in all, it's been quite a frustrating experience.
