I discovered the Quotex platform about 5 months ago, and its trading tools seem similar to those on other platforms. I used the basic trading skills I had, and I managed to make some money, which I was able to withdraw.

I reached out to support but couldn’t find anyone to help, so I kept trading until the withdrawal finally went through, but by then I lost the rest of my money. The weird part is the withdrawal request didn’t show up for more than 3 months. I caught them! Lately, I felt bad for Alaa Fixed Pro, whose account and money got locked on the platform. This shows that this platform uses bad ways to keep our cash, really poor platform.

When I requested a payment slip or any details about my specific transaction, they told me they couldn't provide any further information. Overall, Quotex seems to be dishonest with withdrawals. Be careful before depositing your hard earned money.
