Everithing went exactly as it should from pickup to drop off. I was concerned because i have not before heard of this third party company but the price was decent and i applied. A great car was waiting for me. It was bigger than i ordered but automatic and very evolved electronics. Return was uncomplicated. Someone looked over the car and determined that it was returned in excellent condition and i was off.

Rented a car from Arentals and got an upgrade to a Toyota Rav4, which was a nice touch. The car drove really well, smooth ride, no mechanical problems. There were some scratches on the outside and the windshield wipers could use some work, but overall the car was in decent shape. Had a small incident and reported it, figured it would cost about $200 to fix. But Arentals put a $2500 hold on my credit card! That seemed way too much. Plus, they said the claims process could take 2-3 weeks and I’d only get an invoice at the end. Felt like forever and not very clear. Loved the car but the whole claims and hold process was a letdown.

When you give back your rental car, it's good to come early to the office before your flight. Coming back doesn't take much time, but if many people are getting cars, you might wait a while. There was just one shuttle to the airport, so if you missed it, you had to wait for it to come back. The car I rented was clean inside and ran fine without issues.

Company provide good service, my name was on the list at the meeting point, even though my rental time starts in 3 hours after landing, that means they gave me the car earlier. They also allowed me to return the car 1 hour later than the time which in sum allowed me to save one renting day.
