I am really pleased with my Maine coon, though the experience

I am really pleased with my Maine coon, though the experience became a bit difficult towards the end. I decided to check out purebredkitties because the shelters nearby were hard to contact, and I’ve always wanted a Maine coon. I quickly fell for a kitten and submitted the application. The whole process of applying and following up was simple, and Kim was very helpful in guiding me through reserving my kitten. I received weekly updates with videos of her, and Kim answered all my questions as they came up. Things got complicated when it was time for my cat to come home. I got a text saying there was a flight available for her on 04/01/2025, asking me which airport I preferred, and telling me where to pick her up. On the morning of 04/01/2025, I got another text saying a flight was available. This confused me because we had already talked about her flight the week before. I called Kim, and she explained that the person who texted me had never scheduled the flight. Kim had noticed this mistake, so she sent me another text about the flight. I was upset because I had taken the day off from work, as the airport is more than an hour away from me, and now I wasn’t going to get my cat that day. I also had to cancel a vet appointment I made. Kim arranged for the flight the next day while we were on the phone, and she promised to keep me updated. She sent me some paperwork, but I ended up going back to work without looking at it right away. When I finally checked the paperwork, I was unsure of what I needed to fill out and whether I needed to bring anything to the airport. I tried reaching out to Kim through email, text, and calls, but I couldn’t reach her since she had already clocked out. The next day, I contacted the call center again, but they told me Kim wasn’t available since she doesn't work on Wednesdays. I felt frustrated because I didn’t know if the forms were important for picking up my cat, and no one could help me. Finally, I heard from Kim around 12:30, just a few hours before my cat was supposed to land, and she confirmed I didn’t need to worry about the paperwork. I’m very happy with the cat I got from Purebredkitties. She’s affectionate and playful, and she’s settled into her new home well. The vet checkups have been fine so far, and I hope the next one goes just as well. Most of the experience was smooth and easy, and the issue with the flight was resolved in just 24 hours. Now that I know how the process works, I will definitely choose Purebredkitties again for my next Maine coon.

I became fond of my Maine Coon Ronny

I became fond of my Maine Coon Ronny after seeing his photo on the Purebred site. I reserved him immediately, and the next day I received a video of my furry friend. The communication was very good! Kim kept me updated the entire time. I could text her anytime with questions or issues. He was flown to my local airport, and the whole process was smooth. He arrived on time and was such a lovely cat! He is affectionate (likes to be petted and held) and is very playful (fun to watch). I am really happy with my little guy. The only downside is that using this service is quite costly…I paid $3200 for him, plus $600 to fly him to me, and an additional $400 for FIP protection. But he is worth every penny! He looks healthy…I have a vet appointment soon to get all his shots and a check-up. So far, it has been a good experience, and I would recommend them! Update: I had a nice experience until I took my little guy to the vet, and he was found to have an upper respiratory infection. He has only been sneezing now and then, but my vet gave him an antiviral injection and 10 days of antibiotics. I don't understand why he wasn’t treated before he came to me! He should have been put on meds before he arrived. Now I have to worry about my other cat (who was perfectly healthy) getting sick… I adore my new kitten regardless…I did read that upper respiratory infections are common and often resolve by themselves. I just find it odd that several reviews mentioned upper respiratory infections…why are so many kittens sick? I am still giving 4 stars because my new kitten is great. I will help him get better.

Purebred Kitties was difficult to locate, but after much searching, I stumbled upon them. Their email response was very professional, which instilled confidence in me. I'm pleased with my Maine Coon; he's playful and joyful, always running around! Purebred Kitties is your best choice for a purebred cat. Thanks, Kim, for your assistance!

I'm a bit worried this might be a scam. The Maine Coon kittens I'm interested in all have the same father, but each one has a different name for him (Cody, Peanut, Oscar), and the weights don’t match up. There's no way to get in touch with the breeder to ask about it. The only choice is to make a deposit. How can I tell if they're really legit? The pictures look exactly the same for each kitten.

I don’t understand why it’s not possible to visit and pick up the pet in person. After all, people don’t pass on diseases to animals. I believe that with the amount we’re paying, it should be possible to meet the one we choose, not just any animal. Thanks for responding.

My baby wasn't microchipped and the records are incomplete. I paid for both the vaccine and microchip. My baby is healthy, joyful, and brings so much light into my life and is very smart. I’m let down that I followed through with the contract, but they did not.

Evrything was good and Kim did an awesome job. But when I received Lika, she was sick, infested with fleas and her tail has been broken twice. I've had her at the vet's 3 times in less than a month. Spent almost 1000 dollars on top of the purchase price.
