This is my second print job with PrintNinja, and both times were awesome. Printing quality's good, prices are nice, shipping's easy, and prepress is done carefully. Sam Schauer, PrintNinja's Senior Prepress Manager, helped me lots. I'll definitely use PrintNinja again.

The final product was really good.
The final product was really good. The best part was the help I got before publishing from the staff. They assisted me with the book's layout and centering, which was helpful. I do wish they printed directly on the cover instead of using a dust cover because it tends to get scratched and the edges curl. The shipping time from China was too long, and the books arrived a week after the holidays, affecting my sales. Despite these issues, I'd consider using Print Ninja again. Overall, it was a positive experience, and the product was better than the digital printing option I initially thought about. The extra books they provided were a nice bonus. Now, I just need to sell 250 copies.

Sam, the customer service representative, displayed noteworthy patience during our interaction regarding printing instructions. Unfortunately, the clarity of the instructions and the issue of image bleeding left much to be desired. Even with a better understanding post-project completion, the guidelines for card printing could benefit from a more straightforward rewrite, especially for individuals unfamiliar with full-bleed image printing processes.

Beware of Print Ninja's limited accountability!
Beware of Print Ninja's limited accountability! They won't cover shipping costs for manufacturing defects, leaving you with worthless books and increased per-book expenses. In my experience, they only reimbursed me for 55 out of 75 defective books in a 500-book order. They refused reimbursement for the remaining 20 and denied covering shipping expenses. Their definition of a "small portion" contradicts reality, as 75 faulty books should not be dismissed lightly. Additionally, the poor packaging led to 5% damage during shipping. Approach with caution and consider alternatives for more reliable service.
