Porch be awesome! I be writin' dis 'cause I wanna see what people think 'bout Porch. I own a lil' maintenance biz in west Maine. I don't agree with dem bad reviews. I spent 2k and now makin' six figures. One lead for 54 bucks made us over 50k! Only had a few leads dat went nowhere. Dis service be for pros who get lead generation. I don't get dem one-star reviews. Porch really helped us blow up real quick!

I am a Porch Pro, and I would caution against using their services for several reasons. It's doubtful that as a Pro, you'll make enough money from the leads provided by Porch to cover their cost and turn a profit. The leads are generally of low quality, with high-quality ones being scarce. The customer service team lacks proper training. They simply repeat the same information and lack problem-solving skills. There's no option to change your subscription, limiting your flexibility. Despite promises made by Porch, such as posting the locations where you've worked to enhance your profile, they often fail to fulfill these commitments. Porch doesn't allow Google Reviews on your profile, which is both unreasonable and doesn't require much explanation. In summary, using Porch is unlikely to result in making money or growing your business.

Porch sends me leads where I pay as I go. I had $113 left, but since I haven't bought a lead lately, they said my money expired. The issue is they send leads that are 2 hours away from me. They won't fix it, so now my money's gone. It feels like theft.
