Never trust Pet Joy. I responded

Never trust Pet Joy. I responded to an ad for a "30-day supply of probiotics for FREE," where I only had to pay for shipping of $6.95. The ad also mentioned that I could "call within 20 days to opt out" of ongoing charges for refills. Pet Joy can rip you off by simply giving them your payment information, and they will continue to charge you relentlessly. When I contacted them, they assured me that I would be taken off their list of ongoing customers and not to worry. I responded to the ad on January 2nd, and by January 3rd, I realized that they had charged me $96.95 instead of the $6.95 for shipping. They made this change by adding a 9 before the 6, and the rip-off began. Then, on August 29th, I discovered another charge of $96.95 from them. I lodged a complaint with PayPal, but I'm still trying to prove the case to them, despite showing the original papers that I printed as evidence. PayPal is just as problematic as Pet Joy, but that's another issue for TrustPilot. I returned the six containers of probiotics to Pet Joy with a tracking number and proof of shipment. The pack of three arrived before the one container of the "free" probiotics, which I opened and gave to my dogs. They both sniffed it and walked away. We use a different brand because our dogs love it, but Pet Joy's products smelled like stale cubes and were smaller than the ones we get through Amazon. Do not trust Pet Joy, and if they don't return our money, I will continue posting negative reviews

I had been a loyal customer for quite a few years. I bought the "Balance" probiotics for my dog. At first, he didn't enjoy the taste, but soon enough, he was eating them with no issue. After some time (2-3 years), I decided to set up a subscription for the product, and that's when the problems started. I was initially charged and received 1 unit per month (each bottle has a 2-month supply). After building up a year's worth of stock, and making several attempts to change the shipping schedule, Petjoy only stopped sending the product. However, Petjoy did NOT stop charging me. Through PayPal, I was able to get 2 out of 3 of the incorrect charges refunded. I really don’t think I’ll ever get back the last payment. There are a few other problems with Petjoy regarding the website, but the total lack of customer service is what really pushed me away. After all these years, I will never order from them again. Through PayPal, I was charged for 3 bottles of the Balance probiotic formula.

I signed up for a free trial and paid $6.95 for shipping. I just wanted to test it out. About a week later, my PayPal account got hit with a $90.00 charge without my permission. I hardly used it on my dogs. Now I have to contest the charge. $90.00 is a lot for me. What gave Pet joy the right 5o charge my account without asking? WATCH OUT FOR FREE SAMPLES. They drain your money and cheat you.

They're really slow with shipping.

They're really slow with shipping. I ordered something in November 2023, and it still hasn't arrived. Every time I call, they promise to check, and they apologize a lot, but it's not fixing the issue. The product might be decent, but the whole process of getting it is not. I'm thinking of trying other shipping options before buying from them again.

I thought I had canceled

I thought I had canceled my subscription months ago, but then I received another package and was charged again. The subscription service felt like I got scammed out of $96, and I felt misled by the advertisements. Never again!

BE CAREFUL

BE CAREFUL Avoid buying or even trying the sample! They will bill you $96.65 afterwards without you even realizing it. Cancelling is very hard and their IG account will vanish after you place an order with them.
