I had weevils in my spice cabinet, wasps in my yard, mad mosquitos outside, spiders around, and the occasional waterbug in the bathroom. Spring in Dallas brought in a spider invasion, and I was not about that indoor spraying life. Remembered how the pros used to handle it in my old place, so I decided to DIY it with Pestie. No lie, within two weeks of hitting our first round, the spider party inside was over. Not a creepy crawler in sight since then. Just did the first reapplication, and it was a breeze – 20 minutes flat to mix, spray, and clean up. Major kudos to Pestie for the killer product, solid service, and top-notch communication. Been using product for more than a year. Get my delivery every three months. They let me know by email before sending it out. Have not seen a single roach in the house or crawl space since I started using it. Spiders are also gone from under the house. I cover the foundation, under the house, kitchen, and bathrooms with just one small two-ounce bottle. The first package included the sprayer. I refill the sprayer after each use, so four times yearly. I like to do things myself when I can, and this is easy for anyone—no need for a costly profesional.

Customer service is decent, but I won't be a repeat customer. The sprayer works too quickly. The instructions suggest using a small amount, but I couldn't manage that no matter how hard I tried. I found myself rushing while spraying and still ran out of product before completing the exterior of my house. They did send me another one for free, which I appreciate, but it barely covered the outside and some internal walls. I really wish I could use less, especially indoors, but the high flow rate makes it impossible. Also, the sprayer tends to drip when turned off unless it's pointed directly upwards, which makes indoor spraying more challenging due to potential dripping issues.

Shot them an inquiry about a hefty charge, and it was like I was talking to a brick wall – no response. Two stars for the concept, 'cause the idea is pretty solid. Gotta give credit where it's due, though – when I told them my bug woes persisted, they did send out an extra product to try and help. Sadly, it didn't do the trick, but hey, they made an effort that time. Might revisit this review if anything changes, but for now, it's a solid "meh."

Trying to hit them up is like talking to a brick wall – phones go straight to voicemail, and good luck getting a callback. Oh, and the chat? Forget about it on mobile; you gotta dust off your computer for that. And get this, they ship through this DHL to USPS combo, turning a simple trip from Utah to California into a week-long odyssey. Pestie hasn't been getting back to me at all lately. I've been trying to reach them through emails, calls, and chat for about a week, but nothing. It's like they've disappeared or something. And the weird part is, they're still charging me for subscriptions even though I canceled. I just want my money back, but I can't seem to get through to them.
