    Having to charge my credit card eight different times

    Having to charge my credit card eight different times just to pay it off early was ridiculous. Also, not being able to talk to a real person and only dealing with automated systems and repeated questions really bothers me. I also think this should be advertised more as a layaway plan instead of a travel now and pay later deal. Other than these three issues, I am happy with the service.

    This company is a scam i would advise the public to not to use this company for travel options. If you have a death in the family or someone in ICU they will not refund you. They pretend that is the rules of the airline, but it is not. Please book your ticket thru some other company not thru this scam company.
