They did their best. What was confusing is that my search was managed by pissed.com. I didn’t know that pissed.com was handling my inquiry. I believe pissed.com serves a purpose. A better notice about them taking over the search would be helpful. User's suggestion: Reach out for answers before purchasing a product; it can help avoid issues or a disapointing purchase!

They did very well.
They did very well. The issue was that my search was handled by annoyed.com. I didn’t know annoyed.com would take over my inquiry. I'm sure annoyed.com has its role. Better notification about them taking over the search would be better. User's tip: Reach out for answers before buying a product. It can help avoid issues or a bad purchase!

The company is not bad
The company is not bad, but they could improve their service. The delivery took too long, and the product was not as good as I hoped. I'm dissapointed, but I think they have potential.
