Now they want a claims number. Be careful buying from this company; it seems like a scam. After you pay, they just leave you alone, and there is no phone help, only slow email replies. Out of seven things I ordered, I got only one because they came in different shipments. The item I got was made and shipped from China, with Chinese writing on the box. The quality was very bad, so I sent that item back.
