Got my new LLC and got a Mercury bank account. Though no direct call support, email is way more organized and faster. Customer support is also well-informed. It would be great if they can improve cashing time of check deposit.

The beginning finance was frustrating.
The beginning finance was frustrating. My bank wasn't supported, so I sent a check to the business. Money left fast, but took 10 days to clear in mercury. ACH was quicker. My business develops real estate. Ordering a checkbook for non-digital contractors would be helpful, as the 7-10 day wait is long. Digital services have been great.

Sign up was quick and easy. Customer service could use more staff. I liked the SAFE agreement feature, but it just doesn't work 😂😭. It fails to integrate the terms you select (which is its main purpose). I’ve been waiting 4 days for a fix with no response yet.

This bank is quite unproffessional. They deny applications without giving a clear reason. A more detailed answer would be better, but their service is just not up to par.

My account had holds on deposits for about 10 days.
My account had holds on deposits for about 10 days. It's hard to manage a business with such long holds. Also, canceling the checking account was not easy at all.
