I placed an order for a BOGO

I placed an order for a BOGO dog bed from this company in May 2023. Despite numerous email correspondences, I have not received the dog beds. In August 2023, I requested a refund, and as of today, October 11, 2023, I have not received my refund. When I tried to call the phone number listed on their website, it was out of order. Every email I receive from them says they're working hard to ship my order, but it's been an extremely frustrating experience. I want my money back and believe that this company needs to be held accountable for the numerous bad reviews. I hope others don't have to go through what I have. My advice to anyone considering this company: BEWARE.

Ordering from Medipups was quite the journey! I decided to try out their Skin & Coat Chews for my furry friend and hopped onto their website. It was pretty easy to navigate, nothing too fancy but got the job done. I placed my order and kept checking the mailbox like a kid waiting for a birthday card. It felt like forever, but probably it was just 4-5 days. When the chews arrived, my dog was excited, like she knew something good was coming. After just a few days, her coat started looking shinier and healthier. It's like she got a little makeover, and she's been strutting around like she knows it. Definitely worth the wait!

I have tested ALL calming and probiotic treats, but Bella always refused them. They had a bad smell as well. These chews disappeared instantly! She enjoys them a lot, sitting by the table after meals to remind me to give her more. Medipups, you gained a very happy dog mom forever. Thanks you.

This company's chews are amazing! I got them for my 3 big dogs. One's got bad separation anxiety, and the youngest has arthritis. But with these chews, everyone's happy and pain-free. I liked them so much I got another bottle and told my co-worker about them.

My experience with Medipups in February 2025 was pretty much what I expected from an online store. I purchased the Skin & Coat Chews through their website, it took about 4-5 days for the delivery, and my dog is doing well with the product.

My thoughts on After waiting a few weeks to hear back via email from the company, I received no response for another week. After sending another email, I finally received a reply stating the items were out of stock and would be sent soon. After 4 weeks passed without any updates, I emailed again to request a refund, but heard nothing back. I'm worried this might be a scam. I've decided to shop elsewhere. Their customer service is terrible - you can't reach a person directly, everything has to be done through emails. Avoid this company.

Medipups is a sc*m outfit that will take your money and you'll never see your pet products. To get your money back, call or file dispute with your credit card company or bank. Also place a "merchant block" with your credit card company or bank, so Medipups can't charge you again or close your credit card. I got my money back within 20 days after they investigated Medipups for fraud. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Just a heads up, everyone. I canceled my Medipups subscription back in April 2024, but here I am in October still getting charged $49.99 every single month. Tried calling them, but the phone number's a dead end and emails just seem to disappear into a black hole. And to top it off, I never even got the items I ordered that one time. It's been a nightmare. Now, I have to go through the hassle of changing my credit card. Avoid Medipups like the plague, seriously.

This company is a nightmare! I ordered two beds for my dog back in May, and now it's October, and there's still no sign of the beds. I've tried reaching out to their customer service through email, but all they keep telling me is to be patient. I'm beyond frustrated with this company. I paid $79.99 for those beds, and I'm not getting what I paid for. I'm so disappointed, and I'm seriously considering contacting the Better Business Bureau about this.
