I reached out to customer service, since finding a replacement seemed like too much for me to handle at the moment. They quickly told me that shipping a new charger would cost more than the charger itself, so they offered to order one on Amazon and send it directly to my home. This small but thoughtful action really helped me out during a stressful time, saving me from one more thing to deal with. Thanks a lot!!

We’ve been using Maven for over a year now and it’s absolutely amazing! We’ve used other products however they were plagued with issues, the customer service was terrible, and you were basically a number. With Maven, you’re a client. The product itself paired with a veterinarian to keep watch over your dog has already saved me plenty of vet visits!

I ordered a color from here a few days ago and made a mistake with the shipping address, using the same one as my billing address. When I tried to send it to my daughter, I contacted them by email. They responded quickly and helped me fix the issue. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

I haven't used the service or collars yet, so I can't say much about them. I do wish you could add more than three pets to the system. I have two dogs and two cats, and since you can only have one home unit and three collars per household, I can't add my youngest cat. I hope the collars and system live up to the excitement. I'll let you know how it goes after 30 days of use.
